Wendigo bit him

Which struck me as very odd, because all the times they've fought in the past, that's never happened...unless im missing an issue.

Well you can't turn to Wendigo unless you eat raw flesh in some forest in Canada according to lore and Marvel history. Never has anyone become Wendigo from being bitten. If that was the case, Wolverine would have turned to a Wendigo a long time ago! I think Loeb meant to use werewolves instead of wendigos. Even so, Hulk's healing factor shouldve prevented it from happening.

We've all been wondering where that red poser came from, for about a year now. No answers have been given.

The whole series so far has had the mystery of his identity looming in the background. Although, personally, when the story gives no progression on the mystery and instead branches off into various people simply fighting Rulk from month to month, I think it loses the right to call itself a "mystery." Rulk's identity is now just an oddity that's not really important to the story the creators are currently telling.

I bet a lotta money that Red Hulk's identity is just like Jackpot's, its some random person that we havent even met yet and that we dont care about. Its so blatantly obvious that Loeb is stalling with the identity, he's probably gona change it at the last minute whenever he does decide to reveal it.

In the same issues as the red Hulk, doing different stuff. But no, they're not the same person. The red Hulk doesn't seem to like the green Hulk very much.
