What the Hell are they smoking? Have they read any Thor comics? He's a damn hardcore warrior God. Blake is not a kid either.

I think he mispoke, maybe they are talking a younger Thor who we will see during the movie. It is an origin film after all.

Maybe they've already signed the main Thor? Who knows. Weren't the script reviews great? I'm not gonna go off half cocked until we hear the synopsis and see the cast.

Meh...Donald Blake doesn't need to be in this one...put him in the second one. This movie should be about explaining Asgard imo.

The reviews were very positive, they are somewhere here on the boards, but not in this thread, and yes I think he might be considered to play Loki, I can buy that.

im not sure how many of you have met karl urban but dude is not 6-2 , i saw him walking around ponsonby (auckland nz) about a year or so ago so i told him i liked his character in bourne2 he was a little shorter than me and im 6 foot.

he wouldnt be a bad choice - it'd be kinda cool for some perfect unknown to get it though

I'd honestly be okay if they pulled a Conan and got Triple H. He certainly has more acting skill than Arnold did back then anyway...or...now for that matter.

i'll be pissed if Mckidd doesnt get cast. ever since i heard that rumor i thought it was perfect, like hearing about Downey Jr., Norton, and Stevenson for the first time. Mckidds voice is so perfect for the role, and his face is good, just needs to bulk up

He is pretty good. I think both him and The Rock are two of the few decent actors to come from wrestling. Chris Jericho is also pretty good but he's on the short side in comparison.

I dont know what you seen but Triple h isnt very good. The rock? Yes, because hes had more experiance but Triple H? no way

Eh. Opinions, opinions. I think he did better in Blade Trinity than a lot of actors do on their first try (hence my Arnold Schwarzenagger in Conan comparison and even then it was after multiple films).
