I get what you are saying but like Mayweather, DJ fights a very unique style. I find him very entertaining the way he causes people to miss like crazy and is an accurate striker himself. He is dominating this division and it's not even close. I honestly thought Dodson would improve on the last fight but DJ proved me wrong. Again his style is unique. I like all styles but to see dudes go in there and slug it out like animals in a cage is something I don't want to see every fight because there is no skill involved. Heck if Mcgregor or the Diaz guys didn't talk as much, would he be entertaining? I guess what you are basically saying is that DJ needs to become Floyd because of his boring style and personality. Honestly that exactly why Floyd became who he is and it worked brilliantly.

The above reply was for e-man.

Johnson needs to do something. Because he's leaving dollars on the table, or under the table in a brown paper bag filled with secret bonus money we all know about. Dana White can say whatever he likes in public, but he knows there is a problem with Johnson and that he is kind of killing the flyweight division.

Look at Rousey. She has charisma, both a look and she can talk. So they can keep putting a series of bums in front of her for her to squash in a minute, and guess what? It'll do decent on PPV and you'll get a ton of positive talk the next day. They could stick my sister in there with Rousey and she'd move the needle.

These are the same people that eliminated the lightweight division at a time when there was probably more talent in the division than ever. Putting it another way, there was SO MUCH talent that even the dudes at DSE created Bushido to try to capitalize, even though their country is horribly biased against smaller combat stars outside of Masato and KID. And they still tried to build it around Mach Sakurai, a guy that never drew in Japan. So why wouldn’t Zuffa say bye-bye to fly-fly if the interest isn’t there? They’ve done this type of thing before when BJ Penn left the first time after UFC 41.

Eh. I can't lie I'd sleep with anything, quite possibly a horse but I don't see the attraction to Rousey that a lot of people do. I actually think Tate looks better than she does. One of the reasons we get Rousey so much is because she's being pushed by the UFC now that all the top stars are out. You'd think the UFC would push DJ now that GSP, Spider, JJ, and Cain(who seems to be in and out all the time)because he is barely hurt.

When I say she has a look, I don't just mean that she is attractive. Obviously, a lot of men and women find her physically attractive, but she also has physical charisma. She has a good look. She was getting buzz before the UFC, she's getting pushed because she's a reliable draw and has more crossover appeal than anyone on their roster.

So they just keep putting her against the bum of the month club, as long as the opponent says something nasty about her, and then gets squashed. Now they want to bring in Cyborg like it's Gotch/Hackenschmidt. But I still have bad memories of Cyborg and Carano rolling around swapping mount like it was their first day on the mats in Rorion Gracie's Torrance garage. It's just another squash match for Rousey and that's what the fans want to see. It's like the basic Hulk Hogan formula.

They eliminated the lightweight division at a time when they were financially struggling. They are a far cry from that right now. Of course we'll never know exactly how much business the flyweights are bringing in now since we don't have access to the UFC's books, but they probably wouldn't be having these Mighty Mouse headlines if they didn't bring in some kind of money. They already had him headlining Fox cards, and after some success there he's been on PPV for a minute. If they weren't getting back some kind of profits on the Mighty Mouse name they'd probably just throw him on Fight Pass or Fight Night cards on Fox Sports.

I've hear mighty mouse talk in ufc fan events before. He knows how to make quips and give witty answers. Personality wise, he's quite marketable.

I just think that he's not getting pushed enough. He's like a floyd mayweather you want to hang out with and not punch in the mouth

Tate is hotter...IMHO

Rumble is a beast. I see great things in his future.

He just needs to come up with a gameplan to neutralize Cormier lying on top of him.

He needs to come up with the cardio to deal with that. He was defending Cormier pretty well until he got tired really fast. Of course this all doesn't matter because when Jones comes back he's beating everyone including Rumble.

Shouldn't Connor McGregor be made the next face of UFC for the male division. He has the personality and charisma plus the Game of War commercials which are popular.

Gus will be waiting for Jones when he comes back.

I think Jon will have patched up whatever holes in his game that Gus exploited in their fight.

I think that Gus will beat Cormier next month. They're both good, so of course Cormier definitely has a shot to impose his wrestling, but I don't think he has the ability to slow Gus down with strikes the way Jones did. Jones may have had problems getting a hold of Gus and taking him down in their fight, but all throughout the fight he tagged Gus with all sorts of strikes to slow him down. The kicks to the body and legs really made the difference, and they wore Gus out by the time that 4th round came. I don't know if Cormier will be able to do that. He has to get in close, and Gus has good movement to box and stay out of range. I think Gus will take a decision doing that, and then they'll have the return fight for Jones as a rematch in February during Super Bowl weekend, or something like that.

Tate is better loking than Rousey, but Paige Van Zant is the most attractive of all of the females in the UFC.

Looks mean nothing in MMA.

I think it means a lot honestly. It's all about marketing. I mean, wrestling doesn't use "realistic" female wrestlers, they use pretty girls because it sells. There is a reason why Rousey and Tate are the face of that division and Cyborg is being blacked balled. If you had a little girl and the PED scandal didn't come out on Cyborg, you think she'd be a role model for a little girl to look up to?

Too right ! I've never thought RR particularly pretty, but who cares ? She has lots of personality, the attitude and the mad skills to deliver finishes in brutal fashion every time - what more can you ask ?

I'm going to my hometown of Houston for UFC 192, so I'm pretty excited.

Bellator 142 only pulled in 800,000 viewers. Yet another reason why Bellator will never be a true competitor to the UFC.

Fight week is here. Looks like I made a vocal cameo on the UFC 192 Video Blog #1. At 4:40. What was interesting is that my question was actually not the first question during the conference call. Daniel Cormier's response was hilarious though.

So Hendricks ruined everything by trying to cut too much weight. Fight with Woodley is off. What an embarrassment Hendricks is. Move up.

:csad: Are you kidding me? Maybe if homeboy didn't cut 45 lbs, he wouldn't have had this happen.
