Who is Spoons?

Colossal Spoons. I think he spends more time in the X-Force thread.

I have to agree with Katie_girl on the X-Men Forever thing. I think it is much superior than X-Men Legacy but then, everyone has their own opinions so that's OK. The artwork defintely deserves credit though, can't deny that.

I have to ask, what's so great about that book? I kinda refuse to buy it.

I'm sorry you like X-Men Forever. I love Claremont...I just love him from the 80's.

Nowadays, he's sort of the writer that Marvel feels obligated to keep around, but they keep him hidden in a closet doing stuff that won't effect the 616 universe...or at least not effect it badly.

X-men Forever is in my opinion the worst piece of trash that has the letter X in it. An utter embarassment and the best thing about it is that it has nothing to do with current continuity so its not affecting anything significant

EDIT: P.S. I can't help liking X-Men Forever. Granted, I've only read 1 issue but I don't think it's that bad. Just saying.

As far as the comic. I still really like Rogue, and if it is between Mags and Remy, I'm a bit curious, as it does go back to some major Rogue history.

Talk about flogging a dead horse! I'm kinda hoping its Mags now, so Gambit can be freed up to find someone a bit more deserving! I mean, after everything he had to put up with over all those years with her, this is how she rewards him? Really? This is taking soap opera to a whole new level!

If they were written by a scribe who had any sense of reality, Gambit and Magneto would be more likely to hook up with each other than Rogue at this point.

Gambit fans are by now very familiar with the drudgery that is Mike Carey's writing, but I'd love to know how Magneto fans are feeling about this right now.

Oh, and I'll probably look at 234 for comedic purposes, but after that my X-Mean reading days are dead. It's over, I'm just staying away.
