Sorry Ive been away so long, but i have returned! I think the darksied Apokolypse invasion is a good idea but should wait another month or so so as to establish the characters and universe better. Have them prepare an attack or something but do not initiate it until I give the word.

Darkseid could theoretically do it using tech he has, but it's something more along the lines that his enemy, Highfather would do. Highfather recieves instructions and leadership directly from the Source, a version of DC's God. The Source might have instructed Highfather to use Mother Boxes to make the cosmic radiation drift into the FF shuttle, potentially to add to the heroes that will be able to oppose Darkseid.

This gives us a new take on the FF origin as well as tying them into cosmic events that are going on. What do you think?

I'm up for anything that ties the 2 universes together more. So the FF were created to help oppose Darkseid? That's bad ass. I have a feeling, if they were DC characters, thats probably who they'd be fighting some of the time

You should definitely hold off on Dr. Doom for a bit. Set up the rivalry between him and Richards some.

Also, I want the first meeting betwen Darkseid and Dr. Doom to be something much better than Doom simply opposing Darkseid's conquest.

I dont know if i'm going to have the rivalry between Reed and Doom. I don't want to be playing 2 arch rivals myself. I want it so Doom knows who Reed is, but Reed never knows that Doctor Doom is actually his old College rival Victor Von Doom. You don't have to worry about the first meeting of Darkseid and Doom....for now i'm just going to set up his origin, and show him gaining power through technology and black magic. It will be a while before he sets any plans into motion.

To set up some background, I'd like it if we could hash out the cosmic hierarchy in this merged universe. Is Marvel's The One Above All the supreme deity, or is it DC's God? How do the Presence and the Source exist? What about the angels, Lucifer and Michael Demiurgos?

Does Galactus exist? What about the Endless? Thanos of Titan?

If we've got Darkseid, then we've got Highfather. If we've got Apokolips, we've got New Genesis, so we've got the whole Fourth World thing going on. problem being, the New Gods were formed from the remains of the Norse pantheon, so how do Thor and Odin exist?

Who is the Sorceror Supreme, Dr. Strange or Dr. Fate? Is the Helm of Nabu in the posession of Dr. Strange? How does the Phantom Stranger fit into all of this?

No they weren't. They were formed from the remains of the "old gods", but the old gods were not the norse gods. They were a highly advanced (both evelutionarily and technologically) race of creatures that existed billions of years ago. Nothing to do with the norse gods.

Like I said earlyer, I think Dr. Strange and Dr. Fate should work together. Be partners, Have the ancient one and have been the last host for Nabu, and he trained both Dr. Fate and Dr. Strange. Or, if you want to be clever about it:

The JSA disapeared in limbo for several years back in the 50s or 60s. How about when that happened, Stephen Strange was chosen as Dr. Fate's replacement, and when Fate came back they became partners.
