Couple of things. Quicksilver isn't currently a hero, he's teamed back up with Magneto and been upgraded. (I've actually made posts involving Kang and Savitar using Quicksilver for their own purposes, which I'm working out how I can explore later this season.)

And Doom doesn't have any world shattering plans in New York. So, unless you're using another Doom like 2099, I'd prefer you leave the current Doom out of it since I'm developing a story between him and Jay.

It's Quicksilver from the past; remember, Jace is from the future.
And in the end it's not going to be Doom. It's goibng to be another villian, but Jace THINKS it's doom.

Kinda sorta. It's changed into the one-month rule. If a character is past the two week mark, we usually ask that you ask the RPer if they're still interested in the character before applying. If it's been 30 days or over, then you can apply.

I know that he who is without sin can cast the first stone, and I'm not without my sin, but come on people! You make posts to move the stories along. That's generally how an RPG works.
