Singer said he didn't want stay puff size with him easily swatting away the goodies but he wanted to honour the size manipulation. I think it's only in the psychic battle that he gets to do it. It would be rather hard to believe Beast, Cyclops, Jean and Nightcraler taking down a huge Apocalypse who could step on them.

Would be manageable though if he grew to say 15 feet, but oh well.

I dont see how they beat him period.

NightCrawler, Jean and Scott are all wet behind the ears. Whether he's 5 ft tall or 500 ft tall Apocalypse has a lopsided advantage.

I've warmed upto his voice after watching the trailer a few more times.

He's soft spoken but it kinda matches his speech. He's offering Mutants, his children a better world (in his view) and trying to sell himself as a messiah. Having a welcoming kindof voice is key in indoctrinating people to become followers i imagine

The TAS quotes were better though. I hope Singer pulls at least the, "I am as far beyond as mutants as they are beyond you!" quote, because I wholeheartedly believe that Singer, Kinberg, Dougherty and Harris could never write a line of dialogue as incredible as that.

I think it makes more sense to have him come across as the Jesus only to kind of become the Hitler. Maybe he should grow more menacing sounding as the story unfolds.

I think they will find a way to put him back on hibernation/long sleep but killing and defeating him? That sounds too good to be true.

Course they will beat him. It wouldn't be very climatic if he tries to destroy the world and all they can do if put him back to sleep and pray he never awakes again

Since this movie is called apocalypse it does seem likely this wil be the apocalypse movie so I wouldn't expect singer to keep apocalypse alive after this

Maybe X-force will find a way to bring him back but I doubt singer will set it up for them

Yeah and this is not even similar to the Sentinels.

If Singer found a way to bring back Magneto/Stryker again and again. They could surely do the same thing to Apocalypse and isn't Apocalypse, immortal?

Only reason magneto keeps coming back is because of his relationship with Xavier, they are the ying and yang of the x-men universe, they are similar and yet they have different beliefs on the sides of mutant kind

Apocalypse just wants to destroy the world and that's all another movie would be.

I don't think that's his motivations actually. I think his logic is just to give everything balance. Everyone is out in the same area without any priveldge and if you're strong enough you get to survive.

He basically wants a world he thinks is strong enough to match his strength

I always thought that was a terrible quote. It makes him seem way more generic than he actually is.

Also, people really don't understand lighting. I mean someone called Apocalypses look "the most dramatic change in the history of cinema", and they pretty much just got him out of the purple light and got some light special effects. Most dramatic change...

They are using unflating pics to give them excuse to bash film.they learned nothing from quicksilver.Despite intial pics many actully prefered in end the DOFP version over AOU

We also don't know when Storm flips, or if she does in this movie.
Again, I don't see how this team beats even the seasoned Horsemen.
