Plastic Man

Edgar Wright for director or you get Robert Zemeckis or Justin Lin

Andy Samberg would be the perfect Plastic Man, IMO.

As for directors, yes to Wright and Zemeckis, no to Justin Lin.

Or if you can somehow get The Russos or the Wachowski Brothers behind this then even better

Just a thought, with Plastic Man, you don't need to limit yourself to one actor. During the film Eel could take on different appearances depending on his mood.

They confirmed it's in development on DC Nation this week.

Did they do that before with the other recent films like BB? I guess they're serious about this one.

Plastic Man if he joins the DCEU he at least adds to the comedic nature of the DCEU much like Shazam but with Plastic Man he can more or less be the Ant Man of this universe; in the sense of his film being like an action comedy but also think heist film or slapstick

I'm guessing the villain would be someone that used to be part of his gang. Or even Kite Man, like in Batman TBATB

His rogues gallery is a bunch of wacky ineffectual villains, except for a couple.

Then I would have him go up against one of the more serious villains who poses a real threat

Who do we think the villain will be; The Weed, Half-Ape, The Clam?

WB should get the Game Night guys to helm this one since the Flash solo isn't happening anytime soon.

Give him the role, he'd be perfect. He was arguably the best part of Parks and Rec.

People always talk about Edgar Wright for these movies but this would be the only one his sensibilities would really fit. He handled the redeemable criminal in a critically hailed crime movie. Has done eccentric comic book action and has a very particular sense of humor just like Plas. That **** would be a crazy good match.

Plastic Man could be like what Ant Man was for the MCU but for the DCEU in terms of comedic movies

The guy is so passionate. He would be great. His pitch is spot on, but you know how studios are like. They tend to never respond to fan casting, no matter how perfect.

Ben Schwartz would be like when Paul Rudd was cast as Scott Lang/Ant Man in the MCU

Just give it to him, nobody is really clamoring for a Plastic Man movie anyway. they can do whatever the hell they want.
