Yes, it does. I recall reading that one time, while Peter was unconscious, his spider-sense allowed him to grab a fire escape to stop himself from falling.

Dude. He has gotten even more awesome since he lost his spider sense.

He's been training with Shang-Chi and developed his own martial arts style he calls "The Way of the Spider" so he can function without it. The new 616 Spidey is a hardcore, science genius, martial arts, butt-whooping awesome man.
