Which issue is the one Spidey carrying JJ from?

That's from Marvel Adventures Spider-Man #32. I'd actually really recommend that series (before the revamp around 2009) because it was done in one stories with a lighthearted feeling harking back to the classic Stan Lee stuff. Fun series, pretty underrated and overlooked imo.
