I don't know for sure, the rest of the decided Spider-Man's move was bad cause Johnny was dead, and he entrusted Spidey as his replacement.
The trio went with the name Future Foundation cause I guess the logo should be exclusive to their family.

A strap-hanging Spider-Man (Aziz Jouhargi) uses a more conventional mode of transport to get himself to the 2015 MCM London Comic Con which is being held at London's ExCel Arena. The event will be host to more than 110,000 comic con fans and cosplay enthusiasts over the weekend.

I'm not the only Aziz in this world geeking out when it comes to Spider-Man.
