Off topic, I'm glad they went back too the classic / original color scheme for the Rangers. (Red, Yellow, Black, Pink, and Blue.)

Its not really going black to classic that is usually colors we get and with gosei being used just a nice pairing back to zyu/mmpr minus green with silver.

As for race issue ya that is crap they wouldn't do two blacks. I get diveristy and all that. But I don't see harm in two blacks when u usually have 6 cast mates. That would still leave 4 rangers open for two whites, and two asian/hispanic/latinos to fill in.

Power Rangers Megaforce Cast Revealed

RangerCrew's sources had revealed that four of the five actors for next year's Power Ranger series, Power Ranger Megaforce are confirmed! The new show will be adapting the 34th Super Sentai series, Tensou Sentai Goseiger.

Model/Actor Andrew Gray has been cast as the Megaforce Red Ranger! Andrew is 25 Years old and lives in Carmichael, California. Check out his official page!

New York Film Academy student John Mark Loudermilk will be playing as the MegaForce Blue Ranger! Join him on Twitter and Facebook.

Actress/model Ciara Hanna was cast the Yellow MegaForce Ranger. She has starred in such shows as Big Time Rush, the Bold & the Beautiful and has auditioned for America’s Next Top Model! Become a fan on Facebook!

Christina Masterson will be the Megaforce Pink Ranger! Christina had a small role in 2005′s “Monster-In-Law” with Jennifer Lopez and Jane Fonda. Check out her IMDB page.

For those who are looking for Black and "Silver Ranger", the actors are yet to be confirmed. And yes, you read it right! There's a "Silver Ranger" in this Power Rangers adaptation. Well, we all know who it should be.

Power Rangers Megaforce features Gosei, a supernatural guardian, who protected the Earth for centuries along with his robotic aide, Tensou. During the massive invasion of the evil Warstar aliens, Gosei calls upon five teenagers with attitude to form the ultimate team... the Power Rangers Megaforce!

Power Rangers Megaforce premieres in early 2013 on Nickelodeon.

Well from what most fans/folks found it does seem saban/his casting directors do have a set race to gender deal they like to go with. But it could always change between shows counting on what type of actors audition and arre liked by producers/casting folks.

As for the cast news I posted above. The cast looks very nice, and most sound like they have solid backgrounds. So I hope we get to see them act more and not be forced to be confinded as samurai cast was for story/character direction they went with. And also let's hope they gell well with each other.

I've heard a lot about Shinkenger and Gokaiger in the last few years, but nobody ever seems to talk about Goseiger. Am I crazy?

Well from what I gathered on pr boards first gosei show had a lot of production problems and swaping of producers/writers along with the 3 villain groups spread out. I guess folks just didn't really go for the story/angel thing. Though I do recall folks really loved the blue villain guy I believe was called baria(spelling).

Though since we do know megaforce is going to be a hyrbid show. With 20 episodes of gosei and 20 episodes of gokaiger. I can easily seen them combining the three gosei villains groups into one main villain fraction. And if they want I could see 6 episodes perr monsters of each group being used. Then that leaves two extra episodes to do some original deal or do a multi part episode deal.

So then with gokaiger footage we then just use the episodes that used/first got x ranger powers/zord power ups. Which give us like 16 episodes worth of episodes footage. Then toss in a few filler episodes spread through the 20 deal and all that. I still hope they will go end gosei footage season with legend war. Lost of all ranger powers.

Then they could have the megaforce cast get pirate suits. Which I hope which would help with not having to create gosei suit ground fights with gokaiger monsters. Also it would make sense to have pirate suits used with how dam blatent their logo is on suits, weapons, morpher, and the megazord.

And easiest thing could be do a in space deal and have the ship and silver ranger come from space. But just write in silver can't fight yet due to his powered was messed up so they can work out not having silver rranger footage used to at least 8th to 10th episode.

I don't think it will be tied to close story like samurai since we know they are doing hybrid thing and anni stuff across both halfs.

I don't know why that would be an issue...they've had more than one white Ranger on PR teams at a time...and they turned down Sundai from ANTM?!

She would've been a perfect Pink Ranger...plus she's cute...and I've been waiting for an African American Pink Ranger for years now.

Well maybe they can keep her in mind for gobusters adaption. But in other stuff has anyone placed an order yet for the single set for mmpr season one, the just mmpr set, or the one to seven 40 disc set. Just finished ordering my 40disc set. Now can't wait for it to arrive.

I really wish AJJ had done some interviews for the set, she sadly continues to be the only original left that just wont do anything for the show now. Its sad.

Where we will see a block off old school pr series, along side other old toons I believe sonic, and dragon ball series, and probably beyblade or naturao. I don't know the details myself.

I heard Sonic won't air on Vortexx. Yugioh seems to be getting 2 hours, hopefully Yugioh won't air the classic reruns because Vortexx needs more space for their cartoon block.
