story: origin with luthor running lexcorp and intergang. superman stops an intergang planned bank robbery that ends with one of the robbers(john corben) dead. luthor and intergang rebuild corbin as metallo send him out to kill superman. kryptonite is introduced and superman has a foe he can actually hit. have it end like the origin in the animated series where supes confronts luthor but can't prove he's done anything.

Gary oldman's is on another level from cage when it comes to playing detailed characters. From Vampire to punk rocker, Crooked cop/drugdealer to master mystic, your inquiry has little merit.

no i meant gary oldman always played bad guys then goes to the ultimate good guy in lt. gordon. nic cage usually plays the hero in his movies and luthor would be a big turnaround.

Would you prefer a McG superman, another smallville, or maybe another X3. Listen Superman Returns is just the begining. Singer has said that the next superman will be his Wrath of Kahn. X2 was much better than X-Men 1. Just give the guy a chance. I trust him, we should all trust him, he loves Supes, and knows how to make good movies. Let's go out there and let the world know that the next Superman MUST be a SINGER/ROUTH Superman. Let's give them a chance, because the alternative is horrifying!

Composer - Michael Giacchino, he writes great music and I think he could maybe provide Superman with a breath of fresh air, but I don't want him to incorporate the William's theme, I would like him to create his own themes into the score and not even use the William's theme. I would want the music to be big and epic, but also have some really great moments of tenderness to them, which I think Giacchino could do better than just about any other modern day composer, except maybe John Williams himself.

Director of Photography - Bruno Delbonnel, he is a superb cinematographer, and I think would capture Superman's color schemes really well on film.

Writer/Director - Myself, now I know that sounds like I have a huge ego, but I really don't. It's a dream of mine to someday become a filmmaker, and I would very much like to someday have a crack at doing my own Superman film, and also because I based the casting and the choice of crew off of a story treatment that I came up with a while back if I was ever allowed to do a Superman reboot.
