Prince of Persia:The Sands of Time

They are the best complimentary colours so they will be popular and more common.

I saw the new trailer earlier, I think this will be a lot of fun, but I get the feeling the ending will feature a CGI overload climax that is nowhere near as cool as the earlier action sequences.

I don't think that the movie will be anything terribly special but it looks like it will be alot of fun. I'm still set on seeing it.

Russian Poster!

Awesome poster.:woot:

Because they took it out and redrew it. The original pose shows his arm down, holding another sword.

That makes a lot of sense! Thanks for the information. I didn't notice the arm until you guys mentioned it. He still looks great to me! Ha!

the girl looks HAWT! in that poster thing

She is gorgeous! Her name is Gemma Arterton. She was in the Quantum of Solace too!

Jesus. How many pages back was that original comment?
We are talking about plot. I don't remember holograms, aliens, and advanced weaponry in Pocahontas.

Jokes don't come across well I guess?(though it may not have been funny)

And the relationship between father and son and royal power struggles are dictated through history.

The advanced outsider who helps the "lesser" natives who have kind spirits is a created literary fetish in and of itself.

It's good and all, but it lacks some colour. I'll make a version with more colour later.

not only that, the uncle taking the throne after the king is killed and the son leaving, only to come back and take his throne

the same argument can be said about Avatar and imperialism

Those pictures are great. This movie looks like alot of fun. Hopefully it falls into Indiana Jones and the first POTC of fun.

This must be the most money ever spent or invested into a video game adaptation--which, isn't a bad thing. I kinda hope that, if this goes moderately well critically and financially, maybe we'll finally get more VG adaptations where the studios feel confident enough to go the extra mile

Indeed. This needs to succeed. if it does Hollywood will take videogame adaptions seriously and we can get good talent like this one has. Gyllenhaal makes good choices inhis career anyway. He wouldn't have done a videgame film if the script and ideas were ****. I mean look at everyone involved. That must mean something.

That's a rather naieve sounding post Doctor Jones....there have been so many movies with a great cast that have cost heaps of millions of dollars which sucked regardless of all that.

You do have a point. But I have a good feeling with this one.

Same here. Although it's not the greatest film, I'm also getting a Mummy remake vibe which I thought was Ok fun.

Aside from wanting to see the action, with him running along walls and leaping off(hopefully), I am really liking the look of the sets.

I liked The Mummy. It's alot of fun. If it's on tv I'll watch it. Scared the crap out of me as a little kid though.

Wait...many VG movies with great casts AND with a big budget?

Hardly, man.

I'm talking about a combination of those things and taking the movie the extra mile in terms of getting some decent writers, a director that knows what he's doing, and the time they need to polish the movie into something special.
