Frank Castle with the Super Solider serum I believe, fighting for the American way . In the Punisher/What If, Frank bonds with the symbotite, and he has such a strong will it doesent take over him, they end up making a deal I believe...

Punisher easily takes out batman from a distance. Sabotages the batmobile, drops a couple bombs in the batcave, attaches C4 to alfred and denotaes them all!!!!!

Finally someone mentions the Cap vs. Pun issue. Alot of people overlook Castle's superior fighting capability. Castle survived an initial fight with Wolverine, he also duked it out with the U.S Agent and broke off the 200 year old Batman. If there was no fan voting and due to Punisher's history I think they would just fight to a draw.

A .50 cal 500 grain bullet. A 458., 375., 454., .500 nitro express, and so on.

Thing is, Punisher woulden't kill Batman. Frank actually goes out of his way not to kill people like Spidey and DD and so on. I can't think of any reason he would ever realistically kill Batman.
