I could still see sean bean as Banshee because Banshee is meant to be much older. What about Matt Dallas as Northstar? And Frances Mcdormand for Callisto. Perfect to set up Storm.

I agree it was forced but it is one of the most iconic black relationships in entertainment. To ignore it would be bad.

She can still be in a Black Panther movie just not as his wife. Thry need to explore Storm's rich Kenyan mythology & backstory. As with a lot of Singerverse, The movies haven't scratched the surface with Ororo. But her and Scott in particular, have gotten the worst end.

I 100% agree with Storm being much more than T'Challa's love interest. However, Storm is an african woman and one of the most important black superhero. Black Panther was a massive success and a game changer. Storm making her debut in a movie that embraced african culture so beautifully and successfully sounds very fitting and interesting to me.

I think a Black Panther movie would be a better place to explore (respectfully) her backstory and origin, while maybe exploring some social and political issues than an X-Men movie.

Just because they might be in a relationship doesn't mean she is T'Challa's love intrest maybe he is Storm's love interest. The misogyny of that comment is annoying. Why can't they just be equal partners and lovers.

I would love to see Storm getting introduced in a Black Panther. This is what the character deserves. What about Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Storm?!

There are also some other cool Wakandian mutants they could chose as supporting cast like Gentle or Manifold.
