i suppose it really depends on how old you are, and can beggers really be choosers.

Are you a begger?

Not by any means. If all else fails, I have porn to fall back on.

I just really like the girl and if it wasn't for the the two rugrats, it's a no brainer.

Welcome back to Darthphere Presents, it's been a long time. For those who don't know me, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Darthphere and I'm awesome. How awesome? Thanks for asking, so awesome that one of my posts accounts for 1,000 of your posts, making this thread already irrelevant. Ha-ha! I am awesome. Lets move on.

I find myself in a dilemma as a I have a two pronged problem. I have recently fallen into favor with a co-worker of mine of the opposite, some might say fairer sex. This is part one of the problem. The possibility of dating a co-worker. The second problem, she already has 2 kids and she isn't even of legal drinking age yet. Now, before you say anything further, I would like to add that I was enchanted by this young lady before I knew of her offspring. All the issues and complications exist but if I really am enamored by the lass, should I give it the old college try or should I abort (ha-HA!) the dating process and move on to greener pastures.

I'm just humoring you, I've already decided what I want to do but wanted to know what you ladies and gents would do in the same situation. Men, would you date a girl if she had two kids? Ladies, what do you have to say? In fact, is it different if you wanted to date a guy with two kids?

Discuss, and if you want, mention how awesome I am.

I really don't have an opinion on this but I just wanted to ask if you knew how awesome you are?

Two kids and under 21? I don't like the sound of that.

But whatever, do you.

If she's hot, hit it and quit it.

But wear a rubber if you do.

My mom met my dad when she was single and had two kids. Then I came along and he left. :csad:

Probably 2 or 3 to be safe.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

If you really like her, then go for it. Just always remember what you're getting into.

Darthphere lives in the ghettos of Miami with Haitians and South Americans. It's pretty common in his neck of the woods. I know for a Canadian that's a difficult thing to comprehend. Your biggest issue is what's happening on next week's episode of Degrassi.

Hey, at least you know she puts out quick.

I'm pretty sure that having two kids when you're under 21 would be a huge turn-off for a lot of people.

And seriously, what is Degrassi about anyway?

A buncha whiny Canadian Teenagers I'd guess.

If you think you got it in you to date a family, then hey, go for it. Cuz that's what you will be doing. Dating a family. You get her, you get the kids. Package deal. Are you prepared to deal with the consequences? That is the real question here.

Same thing with marriage. Marry your spouse, marry their family.

I dated a girl with two kids a while ago.

She was great at first, but she tried to introduce the kids too quickly. I wasn't comfortable with that. I wasn't just thinking about myself; I was thinking about the kids and how it must be confusing for them if things don't work out to be having strange men coming in and out of their lives.

With the one I was seeing, there was certainly a touch of desperation regarding the situation. Sometimes I wasn't sure if she wanted me as a boyfriend or a surrugate daddy for her lil ones. In fairness, she only wanted happy families, but something like that takes time to build and grow--you can't just force it. She gave me an ultimatum in the end (after a staggering two months): I either go to her house and meet her children, aged four and six, or we go our seperate ways.

See you later, love.

I've spent the last 15 years keeping a nozzle on my hose to make sure I don't fertilise the wrong garden, and I expect others to do the same. If they don't, I'm not going to tend their garden unless I'm absolutely sure I want to spend some quality time in there.

If you are talking the most recent Degrassi, then yeah they were a buncha whiny Canadian Teenagers. However Degrassi Junior High (and High) was ahead of its time. It tackled issues that no one wanted to talk about back in 80's, let alone have it part of a TV show such as Aids, teen sex and pregnancy, drinking and driving, homosexuality, drug use, racism, and so much more.

So it used to be cutting edge whiny Canadian Teenagers.
