Approved.My final swap, honest. So far I've been the SuperFerret of the game (I've applied for Monica, Mohinder, Claire, Nathan, and Matt). I can't work up the inspiration for Monica and am regrettably leaving her behind, I kept Mohinder, I decided against Claire, Nathan died, and I dropped Matt due to time constraints. So really it's only Matt and Monica that are the casualties here...ah, who am I kidding? Sorry guys, I know I've been chopping and changing a lot on impulse, but Mohinder is a definite keeper and so is the guy in my application below. I just had a sudden rush of ideas for him and I just can't help myself...sorry...
"Rise of Legends" Heroes RPG Application
Screen Name: Apprentice
Character you would like to play: Hiro Nakamura
Powers and a brief description of the character in proper English: Hiro has the power to manipulate space and time. After impaling Sylar in Kirby Plaza, he accidentally teleported himself back into feudal Japan. Here, while teaching Takezo Kensei how to be a hero, he fell in love with the beautiful Yaeko and assumed the Kensei identity himself in order to save history. In a final duel with Kensei, he believed him dead; when he returned to the present and discovered that his father had been murdered, though, he realised that Kensei - also known as Adam Monroe - was the culprit. Teleporting to confront him in Texas, he was subdued by the deceived Peter Petrelli until being rescued by Nathan and Matt. Hiro teleported Adam into a coffin and returned to Japan, only to learn of Nathan's assassination. He has now begun a search for Peter.

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
1. I've been throwing character applications about very frequently, almost all of them pretty much on impulse. However, the one character I had extensive plans for, Mohinder, has remained a great character for me to play. I have a ton of stuff to sort through for Hiro, so, by the same logic...
2. Hiro is the fun character of the show, who is beginning to see the dark side of abilities. After his experience with Adam and now the death of Nathan, what will he do next?
3. Syn's Adam needs to be kept in check, and Hiro had shown that he is just the man to do it!
What can you bring to this game? A cool sword.
How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: Once. Maybe more now that the Christmas holidays are coming up.

Character you would like to play: Nathan Petrelli
Powers and a brief description of the character in proper English: Nathan is an evolved human with the power of flight; beginning his journey as a selfish congressman, he soon began to utilise his powers to benefit others after a chain of events that led him to an encounter with the mysterious Linderman. When his brother, Peter, was overwhelmed by Ted Sprague's ability in Kirby Plaza, Nathan flew him into the skies to prevent the deaths of thousands. Caught up in the resultant explosion, Nathan was horrifically maimed...but, three months into his rehabilitation, Peter and Adam Monroe healed him using Adam's blood. Awaking to a new reality without Peter or his family, Nathan fell into a drunken spiral of depression - but managed to draw himself out of this when his mother confessed to a murder that she did not commit.
After learning of the murderer that was stalking the Founders of the Company, he banded together with Matt, Niki, and Mohinder to protect Bob from Maury Parkman. During this incident, he discovered that Peter was alive, and journied to Ireland to find him. After helping Peter and Matt Parkman stop Adam Monroe's plans to unleash the Shanti Virus, Nathan called a press confrence where he was going to announce to the world he could fly, he then proceded to take three in the chest and was declared dead.....

Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
1. Nathan is really the only character that appeals to me. Anyone else, I could take or leave.
2. He has really solid connections with the other Heroes. Only Peter has met more of the Heroes than Nathan has.
3. His journey has really been interesting thus far. He's been on the moutain top, and in the valley. What could be a bigger valley than the shadow of the valley of death?
What can you bring to this game?: An okay writer who is okay at writing. Plus, I can bring an interesting story.
How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: As much as possible
