Oh hell yes. I was hoping he'd be in it. They're trying to win me back after Jigsaw and Spiral.
Probably a guarantee there since the highest RT score this franchise has is a 50%, and that was all the way back with the first movie. I can't imagine critics all of a sudden having a change of heart with this one.If this movie isn’t good, a lot of “it sawx” headlines
The timeline in this series is one for the ages.
I doubt it. But this intrigues me more than JigSaw and Spiral. Maybe its the X.So this is gonna be like what Halloween 18 and Scream V did to their franchises only it's gonna be a prequel.
Look, I love the Saw series. It's probably my favorite film franchise, but the hurdles this franchise has gone through since Saw III to justify bringing Tobin Bell back and how they go over his sickness over and over again is...admittedly fun to watch.
Okay, so between Saw I and II, apparently John goes to Mexico. Saw VII established that Dr. Gordon was helping him so...did he ask Gordon for help in where to go for this medical procedure? Would they even reveal that detail, knowing such a twist wouldn't be revealed for several more films? If John goes to Mexico, does this mean that Hoffman and Amanda (AND Logan Nelson since now he's a thing!) were keeping things going in his absence?
John was hooked up to an IV and using an oxygen tank by the time we get to Saw II. Did he even have the strength to make it to Mexico- presumably- on his own? Anyone outside of John Kramer's circle who knows that he's the Jigsaw Killer is dead- at this point, that's Zepp, Sing, and Tapp?- so no one at this point knows who he is.
I'm gonna see this film regardless, but like any Saw film, I have so many questions. Heck, how does this film end, if not in a way that transitions into Saw II?
