Yep. I remember some time last year, he cut a promo saying something about "ruling the Attitude Era with an iron fist," and I about wet myself laughing.

Heh, yeah, at best, he was fourth, behind Austin, Rock, and Foley. AT BEST. You could probably even make arguments that guys like Taker, Kane, and Michaels were still greater than him at times, even Angle too.
