I didn't care for Deputy Judy. (It did make me laugh that her name rhymes with Dewey though. :hehe: ) I thought she was annoying.

She was better than Hoss and Perkins for me. And I legit like Adam Brody and Anthony Anderson.

Deputy Judy was just female Dewey, where as Hoss and Perkins talked about the cop cliches while actually being the cop cliches. Lol.

I liked Judy enough,I found her a bit annoying too But I can accept her IF she comes back in Scream 5 or something!

I wonder who did most of the killing? I guess Charlie right?

That movie was :awesome:. Love the fresh new take while keeping the old Scream themes. Jusy was annoying, but at times was funny.

Jill's motive was truly twisted, just as much as Billy's :woot:. I liked all the new characters and actually felt wanted some to stay. I really wanted Kirvy and Sidney' spublicist to live. Kirby could've been the new Randy while Sid's publicist could've been another Gale. Love the comedy and horror.

I'm not really a horror fan, but damn the Scream franchise is one of the best series to pick apart it's own genre. Really, really GREAT movie.

Beginning Girls: Charlie and Jill (team effort)
Olivia: Charlie
Rebecca: Charlie
Gale's attack: Charlie
Aunt Kate: Jill
Hoss: Jill
Perkins: Jill
Kirby: Charlie
Robbie: This is confusing, but I think it was Charlie while Jill was taking care of Trevor
Trevor: Jill

Haven't seen this movie yet but I was looking through the thread (without reading any spoilers of course) & I'm glad to hear that the people who've seen it already really enjoyed it.

Eh, I liked her. She was prettty much like Dewey, which is cool, lol.

Without reading any spoilers I'm guessing they managed to put in a new ghostface without it feeling hammered in or unraveling the past movies?

Scream 4's Ghostface does not unravel anything or feel forced. It'll shock you...that's for sure. :oldrazz:

Didn't shock me :o

The motive fit perfectly into today's world.

Just got back from the second viewing;

x Jenny - Charlie
(He was the Stab fanatic and wanted to take out Jenny because she "hated" the films)
x Marnie - Jill
(Marnie was who Trevor was also "dating", she asked if GF was Trevor...)
x Olivia - Charlie
x Rebecca - Charlie
_ Gale - Charlie
[party then broke apart, headed to Robert's residence by himself ->]
x Hoss/Perkins/Kate Roberts - Charlie
(Jill had left to go to Kirby's, and she didn't say "I killed my mom", just "my mom had to die...")
x Robbie - Charlie (GF reacted to Robbie's "I'm Gay!")
x Kirby - Charlie
x Trevor - Jill
x Charlie - Jill

It depends on what you mean by dumb,I agree it is But it's also realistic in a way!,There are people twisted like that in the world and I'm sure people have done this(the reason for it)to accomplish what the goal was and would likely do it even at cost of killing innocent people for there own selfish&greedy reasons!

Well I look forward to seeing it. It sounds like they pulled off a really good sequel.

I don't care, it was lame as hell, maybe not dumb, but lame. That was just one of many things I hated about this film. I enjoyed the first film for the most part and didn't like the second, didn't bother to see the third. I'm still irritated I got dragged to see this.

so your barely a fan of the first movie?,who made you go??you couldn't just said"no thanx!"

I'm just curious sorry!

I went with a buddy of mine. We were going to see Insidious, but the show time changed since yesterday(we should have known, it's a Friday). He didn't want to leave so he talked me into seeing this.

I didn't hate the first one either, it was alright. The second was more of the same to me, and that's why I skipped the third film.

The only thing I actually did like about this film other than Hayden, was the opening. I admit that was kind of funny.

The movie's motive fit perfectly for today's world. So. Sucks that you hated it. :o

My brother has been a "Scream fan" since the beginning... he just landed in America a few days ago and the first thing he did was go to see the picture. He msg-ed me saying "It was so bad, I literally wanted to cry as I left the theater. They shouldn't have made the film."

While I agree with you and Marx about that, that's probably one of the reasons why I hated it. The killer, along with people like that in real life are complete *****es. They need to grow up and stop acting like crying attention ****es.

I think some Scream fans went in expecting the original and that's not what the goal was.

Which is funny because I went in hoping it would be more original, but it was essentially the first film for the most part.

your brother literally wanted to cry??.....over a movie???,even if there were happy tears is there actually people investing actual emotions like crying for joy or hatred over a damn movie??

I understand emotional moments in movies and I have teared up before But to actually cry and especially over a horror movie just surprises&shocks me!
