Eww. I hope not, the Iron Patriot costume needs to go away. Seriously, my worst fear is that Steve will become Iron Patriot and that's just so gross.

Hmm, this one is kind of hard to figure out; I think this might be Nova or Capt. Brit. But I'd also say it's Iron Man if IM hasn't already shown up in the Avengers promo.

Hmmm, you know this could very well be. It kinda looks like his new (and very generic) costume that was created in Dark Avengers Annual 1.

This guy has a dome shapped head however. Like he's wearing a helmet of some kind.

I'm less inclined on Nor-Varr cause his new generic costume had a fin thing on it like the Kree do, but it still could be him and at this angle the fin may be less visable

Between the name and the creative team, this book seemed like a special-ops type thing. But the suggested character roster is way higher-grade than that.

Admittedly, Brubaker wrote The Authority very well, but how could any threats requiring this level of force be "secret"?

It's Noh-Varr and here's why;

They need a superpowerhouse like they had in the Sentry. This dude is the new Captain Marvel or whatever, right? Nega Bands and all. Bucky and Steve were shown watching him and trying to assess whether or not he's going to be a potential ally or potential enemy. The blackout fits his new suit. He's been deemed Protector of Earth during it's upcoming trials which are greater than the Secret Invasion by the Kree.

And talk about adversity good lord. The dude's been on the wrong side of the fight so many times since his debut he's practically an anti-hero.

Or it could be someone else, who knows.

Pretty sure the power difference between Noh and Bob are about as vast as, say, Spider-Man and Thor.

BoredGuy, how can you think its Beast when there is no visible fur patterns, too many digits, and clearly spidey-like boots rather than bare paws or thick soled combat boots?

1. the fur would be hard to see in a silhouette with how most artists tend to draw it, plus he could be wearing his x costume

2. Nobody draws him with paws since Quitely on Astonishing, he almost always has 5-fingered hands.

3. Feet looking like boots could easily be laziness by the artist

Now I ask you:
Since when is Spidey a hulking mass of a man, and in what way does that quote make any sense for him????

Daggar doesn't have a cape, remember? I still think it's Scarlett Witch, because she has a cape, was a former Avenger, and the tagline sounds like Wanda have a control over her life (which she had trouble before).

He's more powerful than the original Captain Marvel at this point. I'm not saying he's on equal level with Sentry, I'm just saying that he's some huge massive force as opposed to someone like Spiderwoman or Luke Cage, which is something the team has almost always had.
