Hulk has killed in self-defense. Just like Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hank Pym, Hawkeye, Spider-man,... the list can go on forever. Every bright hero has "killed"... in self defense. But is the Hulk stepping on people as he is walking down the street? No.
And most people who have never read the Hulk book long term "assume" he has killed innocent people, but as it was RE-ESTABLISHED FIRMLY as recognized canon in World War Hulk, he is not and has never been a killer. Despite what matt is saying, he is flat out wrong. The Hulk has never killed scores of innocent people.

There will be no DQ or anything like that. Making a penalty in this type of format is difficult, cause there is no point system in the judging. It is a Pass/Fail format, so not much I can really do other than note it.
