The Dark Knight Rises Should WB bring in Frank Miller?

I rather see either David Fincher or Michael Mann direct it, instead of Frank Miller.

I actually need to watch more Michael Mann. I know he's done Heat and some other good ones, but all I've seen is Public Enemies.

But out of all the movies in his filmography, don't watch Miami Vice cause it sucks and I think it's a terrible adaptation of the TV show.
