Sly Cooper 4 anyone?

New Trailer

Looks amazing. Can't wait for this game.

Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time will be coming to Vita as well. It will allow you to share your saves between the PS3 and Vita version as well, similar to what the The Show did.

Now THAT's what I call cross-platform interconnectivity! Btw, you guys noticed the music in the Vita version trailer's the Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy theme? lol.

Yeah. Pretty funny. That theme is actually "The Lineman" by the great Sam Spence.

Hope they have a great discounted price if you get both copies. The Show had a nice price for both, but it needs to be cheaper to get more folks on board IMO.

The game released date has been announced: February 5th, 2012 for the US release, the following month for the EU.

Also, some pics of possible pre-order bonuses and the cover:

Sucks that the game is coming out one month later in Europe. Anyway, I really like the box art. Though, it's a shame about the ugly cross-buy sticker.

So February 2013? So be it, awesome box art.

Sly 2 was my favorite. 3 took some of the problems of 2 and magnified them and took away some other stuff that I liked. And Carmelita and Neyla were funny in 2. It had an interesting twist to the story.

Looking forward to seeing how 4 is.

I loved the cast in Sly 2, great bunch of characters.

Yeah. At least it's not as bad as the Arkham City Game of the Year cover, though.

Neyla was a pretty awesome main villain. Definitely my favorite between Clockwerk and Dr. M.

I hope Sanzaru kept the "replay mission" feature from the third game, though. Though Sly 2 is easily the best of the trilogy, it does lose a large amount of replay value once there's nothing else to do.

Yep, the Arkham City GOTY's cover art is such an ugly eyesore. It looks like a bad-magazine-ad.

If its just a sticker, then I dont see the problem. That will be ripped off when you open the package

If that's the case, then that's great. But the thing is I'm not sure if the sticker is on the cover art or on the plastic.

If its on the cover art then its not a sticker. In that case, then its lame, but I do think they need to advertise this on the front

New (story) trailer

What makes Sly fun? A wide variety of things to do (platforming, direct attacks, stealth, mini-games, an open-world type of environment--but not in an overwhelming sense, multiple characters with different gameplay) with all the story of an old classic cartoon you might have grown up with in the 1980s or 90s or are growing up with now.

can't wait for this, the Sly games are probably my favorite game franchise after Kingdom Hearts.

I really liked the Jak games, though I never finished any of the games on my own, I'm not a huge gamer so I would let my gamer friends take over a lot when we would hang out lol. I might restart all the games so I can experience it for myself.

The whole beginning of the game

I had to turn stop myself from seeing too much but what I saw looks great. There's always a risk when switching developers that the successors will come across as cruddy fan-fiction imitation but no tell-tale signs of that from what I've seen so far.
