Kristen Stewart was just on LENO and they showed a bit of the Troll Monster clip it looked great and the CGI on the troll was quite remarkable

he is prince William not prince charming in this version

and in one of the tv spots it showed the prince giving snow white the apple

so yes they are going in a unconventional direction

He's Prince William because they've given each character a name. Like the Huntsman being Eric and the Queen being Ravenna.

Also, it's not the Prince giving Snow White an apple in that TV spot. It's the Queen as an old crone.

it was on the dark forrest,apple,the curse , was pretty cool spot too

Seeing some of these clips Hemsworth seems to be emulating Thor wielding a axe instead of a hammer.
