Sexuality is a big character trait of Felicia anyways. But I agree she could zip up a bit.Although I still think that isn't Felicia but Black Cat 2099.

It's far too over-the-top. Why can't Black Cat be sexy without her **** hanging out and her underwear showing?

I mean the costume looks in no way functional for someone as athletic and agile as Black Cat, however most superhero costumes and videogame costumes never really look all that functional anyway ;) .

The Terry Dodson design would have sufficed. But maybe the 2099 Black Cat is just a super ****.

Arkham City isn't nearly as extreme. I can see her underwear, for God's sake.

And I could see Harley's underwear in both her nurse and street outfit. Poison Ivy barely had one as well. Not that I'm complaining. :cwink:

Yeah, they basically confirmed this in one of the Comic-Con previews. Still think it's a bit lazy to "create" new villains by basically making 2099 versions of classic ones.

As far as bosses go in this I think we might get less than SD.I feel it'll be like Nero/Dante in DMC4 where they both faced each villain.

To me, it looks like a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen.

Agreed.

It's barely visible on both of Harley Quinn's costumes, and Poison Ivy's outfit evokes something you might see a fashion model wear. Neither of them were the wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen as this Black Cat design is.

I don't mind less bosses to fight
Fight boss to fight that one again later? I got the feeling I should step away from this game before it's too late

Yeah, I'm perfectly fine with facing less bosses than SD for the sake of story.

Would it hurt them to reveal a couple more, though?

Can't believe I see some of the things I see sometimes here...
If a woman wants to show her sensuality, then thank the heavens for that and stop complaining.

My most anticipated part of Edge of Time? CHRIS BARNES!

You can't believe wanting more discretion is nice? I do

I can't believe men wanting more discretion on a sensual character like Black Cat.
But then I remember, I'm on a forum.

My problem isn't the revealing nature of the outfit itself, per se, it's what that skimpy design implies about how the developers view gamers. To me, the Black Cat design shows that the developer thinks we're all 17-year old *****ebags who can't get laid.

The problem is that this Black Cat design is the digital equivalent of a blow-up doll.

Or maybe they're basing on already existing concept designs for Black Cat which have huge necklines exposing her breasts and showing her sensuality, which, as already said, is a character portrait. Sensuality can also be a weapon with characters such as her.

They just opened her zipper a little more to differentiate from the 616 Cat.

The design still comes across as insulting to me.

It doesn't look as if she has a zipper in her outfit

I really love the Behind the Scenes vid. It looks like there will actually be some cool character dialogue and really great cutscenes in this game. I absolutely love that we'll see the face of Peter Parker, even though he looked a little bit weird.

However, I want to see some more villains soon!

I agree that the Black Cat design could use a bit subtlety and not so much being shoved in your face "Look! A hot, skanky chick!" You can have sexy designs without boobs almost dropping out of the outfit.

I thought it had a very great presentation and solid story. But the gameplay felt like they just got lazy.

What, USM?

I loved that game. It's easily a number 2 next to Spider-Man 2 on the list of best Spider-Man games.

The graphics were well done, cinematics, story... its simple controls let it down though.

I really do hope we get a Ultimate Spider-Man game for current gen consoles. >.<

I liked it. A lot. It was a very needed change from following the movies' stories, which in most cases they were unable to do properly. It felt like you were in a comic book. Give me a 616 title similar to that Ultimate Spidey game for this generation and we'd have a winner.

USM had pretty good gameplay (not as good as S-M2) but it felt...off. I wasn't a big fan of the USM comic to begin with, but there were fun moments in the game.
