From what I've seen and played of RDR it's really not as amazingly fantastic as everyone keeps making it out to be. Sure it was fun and all, but the story didn't really interest me all that much...

The story won't interest you if you're not a fan of spaghetti westerns, but this game had amazing ratings, so, that pretty much shows you that it's an extremely great game.

That's not even the point. The point was that a break from sandbox games wouldn't kill anyone. We've had enough in the last few years and I'm glad to have another linear game headed my way. Also, just because it's linear doesn't mean that it won't be customizable and whatnot. Your experience won't be cheapened if you don't have an obscenely large map to swing around on.

You and spider13 are making some quite stupid reasons on why Edge of Time is needed, lol. Sure, we've seen awful sandbox games for Spidey, but we did get an amazing Spider-Man 2. And, sure, WoS had its flaws, but it could've been very awesome if they had someone smart enough to tweak some problems.

Hey guys, me and Pat are trying to do our best, but it's just annoying when they can't take our word for it.

Check out the Batman:TAS vs TSSM thread in that one Spider-Man thread too...they were both giving me a headache and I just called quits because I could not take it anymore.

which Amazing suit do you guys prefer?

I like SD's a bit more because I'm not a huge fan of the webbing on EOT...it reminds me too much of MUA2 and I didn't like the art of that game.

I like the webbing on the eot suit as much as I like the sd suit.

I think the eot suit looks I don't know how to really say but it looks like there is something wrong with spider man it looks dark and foreshadowing if it makes any sense.

but the suit in sd had a suit that was corny and fits the theme of the game.

I think Spidey's character model and suit in SD was the best yet. EoT's looks good but the classic, slick looking one from SD is just better.

the other two voice actors neil and the guy who voiced 2099 in the last game are you going to miss them or do you guys think the choose the right two for the game rino romano was good two do you think they should have cast him?

I was really hoping for Venom 2099, but with Anti-Venom in, I doubt we'll get Venom 2099. But honestly, as much of a shock it would have been to get V-2099, AV is just as much a shock, considering how I never thought a game would feature AV other than an alternate skin for Venom.

I really like that anti venom is in the game (who is voicing him do we know yet.)

I think it shows us that beenox is trying to do something original.

Yeah I like that they're going with a character that hasn't been done a million times already. Although he's still a symbiote, but what're you gonna do, right?

I think they chose the right voice actors, or at least my favorite two. But I was surprised at first to learn that they weren't using the same guy for 2099. I actually did really like him voicing Spidey, and I thought he was a good fit. So maybe they should've kept him, but I still like Barnes as Spidey.

Anti-Venom's voice is horrid. Instead of sounding like a tough guy with a growlly double voice, he sounds like Orochimaru from flippin' Naruto.

I like Josh Keaton, and I'm happy he is voicing Spidey in this one. I know he can handle young Spidey just fine, guess we'll see how he does with an adult one. It sounds good so far but it's mostly been the moody stuff he's been dishing out in trailers and demos.

Someone in the last thread said that Ben Diskin is voicing Anti-Venom, no confirmation on that yet tho.
