You're surprised? it's sony's signature thing to do lol

Which is why I've quit watching previews since trailer number 2. I still remember seeing the Amazing Spider-man 2...and realizing I was just seeing the 50 minutes of scenes between the MAJOR PLOT POINTS they had spoiled in the previews...including the big death, the first scene, the last scene, and the "surprise" villain. They sure have revealed a lot of this movie in the trailers. Sheesh.
I don’t know if Feige has any say over marketing. I think the deal only gives him creative control of the movie itself.I'm surprised Kevin Feige allows for that ****ty marketing to happen. I know is all Sony's but still...

Yeap I’ve only seen the two trailers and unfortunately the spot where MJ finds out. But I’m trying my best to be in the dark otherwise.Which is why I've quit watching previews since trailer number 2. Facts. The tweet making fun of their bad posters is spot on.Sony makes the worst posters.
They also make annoyingly spoilery trailers.

I'm also really gonna miss the red and blue tech suit; at this point, it seems like they're moving on from that specific suit, which is a shame considering I really liked the whole modern-twist-on-classic-design angle they were doing with the character. Hopefully he makes a new red and blue suit, at the very least. But I LOVED that suit.
Sony is the most terminally inept major movie studio, and they reconfirm it all the time. Like their next great idea of what to do with Tom Holland....cast him as Nathan Drake!
Way to take two good things and mash them nonsensically together in a way that does neither of them any favors.
Why would I be talking about MIB when I mentioned Tom Holland and Nathan Drake?

Not to sound rude or anything, but he'll also be wearing the red and black suit that he makes himself. That seems to be the "main" suit for the movie since that's the one they're pushing the most, like Steve Rogers' SHIELD stealth suit in The Winter Soldier. The suit seems to for sure be in the movie and it looks to be the default suit he uses. His use of the Iron Spider variant appears to be at film's start and he has the black stealth suit for a specific sewuence or sequences but the default suit seems to be shown everywhere else.
Seems a leap to assume they are "moving on" from it. Remember... Variants help to sell toys but keeping a standard around allows for doubling that payday. Or in this case tripling it.
BLT.They need to let the people who make the initial teaser posters do all of them. Because with both movies, they released great stuff and then devolved disastrously from there.
