Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia Trilogies Coming To PS3?

There's 20 or less trophies for each one but they all have platinums. Now it's a buy for me.

All 3 of them were better than the most recent 2 Prince of Persia games. The Sands of Time, was the best PoP title released overall altho the combat in the second game was better.


Im interested in the Splinter Cell titles, altho, they sucked something fierce on the PS2, so maybe with this update they'll be better? Id love to have all the games in one collection as they are still great titles today.

I do hope they sell the games buncled on a bluray after all 3 have been put on the PSN

I want a devil may cry one, but excluding the atrocity that is DMC2 lol, I actually never beat the 1st PoP, only played into it an hour actually, but I liked both sequels, and I cannot wait to play chaos theory again, friggin love that game, and I just remembered that I never played pandora tomorrow as well so that should be a delight, you guys think multiplayer will be included?
P.S looks like I'm gonna need to upgrade my hard drive soon lol

Metal Gear HAS to be coming. And when it does... there will be sneaking. Also I want Jak but that might just be me.

Id love a MGS one but I cant see that happening until we see MGS4 get a re-release. Maybe we'll get an announcement of both if and when it happens? That would actually be a cool package if they did get bundled together. I bought the MGS collection back in 2008 before I got the MGS4 LE, BUT I would gladly purchase these games all over again if MGS4 got an update and the other MGS games got an HD upgrade. I think MGS is the only franchise that can get me to double (and sometimes) triple dip like that

Oh I definitely want a mgs one as well, more than any other but I personally don't think it'll happen but I hope to god I'm wrong, a Jak one would be cool too, I never finished Jak 2 and never played Jak 3

On another note, I wonder why the PoP and splinter cell collections are, as far as I know, exclusive to ps3

Im guessing bc Sony's made an entire line out of this. Im guessing it might take MS getting the ball rolling before the publishers bring it over to the 360. There could also be a space issue bc the games would have to be fitted across 2-3 discs as opposed to 1 BR on the PS3 and there's royalties to be paid when multiple discs are used so they might not feel its worth it.

So I noticed that Sands of Time is now on the PSN store. Is it just this game? Or did they release all of them?

Just SOT for now. Warrior Within and The Two Thrones will be avaliable sometime next month.

Any more word on the SC release? Id really like to play through Pandora Tomorrow again and was thinking about just ordering it for the Xbox from like Amazon if its going to be some time before it drops.

In the link eternalinferno posted earlier, the Ubisoft confirmed that the Splinter Cell games will be coming. Those will most likely be some point next year. When and how hasnt been revealed. Im guessing once all the PoP games are out

How is it? I've never played it and I'm still debating on whether to get it or not.

I had never played it as well, there definitely are some audio issues with the game, and it does look dated even with the upscaled resolution, but it has the best story of the PoP games outside of the '08 reboot (yea I said it) and the combat is better than any of the recent ones, with very good puzzles and platforming sections as well, I thought it was well worth the purchase
