I also wouldn't mind at all seeing the animated series that should have been made between TPM and AOTC with a teenage Anakin being trained by Obi-Wan. It could also explain why the Separatist crisis even got started in the first place.

I think the cartoons covered all that.

There's far more interesting stories then Anakin, Luke, Leia, Obi Wan. I'm pretty bored of them all.


That's why I kinda liked that Jango Fett game. It showed us a different side of Star Wars.

Oh god. We're not narrow minded. We just don't like the Prequels. And it's not even the Prequels that bother us any more. (I believe) It's just we can't see the original films in HD. That's a big issue. I don't think it makes Star Wars suck...but it makes it disappointing.

But what do I know, i'm just narrow minded, and love the films I grew up on.

So what do you guys think the next big thing for Star Wars is going to be after (or during) the 3D release? I imagine Clone Wars will be finished by then, Old Republic won't be new any more, and unless there's some holographic projection format I'm not aware of, the theatrical run of these movies will have run its course (for awhile).

So what's the next logical step? Live action TV show? Spinoff series? A cartoon set between trilogies?

As Hunter Rider said I as well think we will be getting more from the Old Republic era, either a live action or animated series. But that probably depends on the success of the game.

I opened my CE today but didn't get to open examine all the stuff in it......best gift I could give myself...statue looks awesome......I've only looked at the box so far...I tend to be the person that breaks something as soon as I take it out of the box...

One of my friends who despised the idea of the Clone Wars series finally broke down and borrowed the first season from me. Then he told me "I didn't hate it as much as I though" and then he borrowed the next two seasons. He's pretty much finished with them now. He just watched the episode with The Father, Son, & Daughter (it being about Anakin being the chosen one.) He thought it was epic.

Btw, he seems to think Clone Wars is elseworlds story, is that true or not? I figured it would be canon with Lucas involved.

Anyone know when S4 will be hitting BR/DVD? Because I never remember to watch it when it's on. So I'm planning on waiting and getting the season on BR. (May break that rule to watch the Maul arc, though.)
