I'd love to see a series where some of these loser villains are actually trying to stay out of the bad guy game and live a normal life, trying to actually capitalize on what they can do as villains but in a peaceful and productive way. "Eh, turns out a guy that can turn his hands into guns can actually make a good living as personal security for the rich and elite."

In today's age of audiences/readers needing every villain to be so "deep" an ****, Otto was a throw back in some ways. I haven't read any of the Superior Spider-Man but that's actually sounding good to me, what they did. It takes one of those fantasy tropes and runs with it to a pretty full extent of the consequences, and if that's how Otto goes out... Kudos. That's sort of a silver age villain last hurrah I could live with.

Not the best villain out there but he's had his share of crazy stories, like that time he tried to marry Aunt May. I like him, he's a decent character when used right.

As one of Spideys' 3 arch-villains, he's pretty cool. I like the typical egomaniacal scientist thing sometimes, and it works for him. When done right he's even better. As for him as Spider-man, it's been a hit and a miss. I do enjoy him actually being a good Spider-man and improving some of Peters' methods, but I also like him slipping back into crazy mad scientist mode.
