Storm... Oh what a love hate relationship I have with her as a character. She should be more interesting... She just isn't. Maybe being an Avenger is for the best... Or maybe they should just bite the bullet and say she never really was a mutant? She seems to be a true goddess if you ask me, actually conjuring weather. Maybe Loki comes in, "kills" Storm to finally get back at the X-Men for that Asgard incursion and foiling his plans to make Storm the rival to Thor, and what do you know... Storm is a real honest to goddess. It's better than the stagnant nature she's had for 20 plus years. She keeps being shoved aside for newer mutant females who end up never catching on (and rarely add to the ethnic diversity of the X-Books ta boot..) then they bring her back in, only to not do anything with her again except feature her in tight or scant clothing on covers to let people know that "Yes, your sexy chocolate fantasy female mutie still exists for you to ogle."

I read it and it's total garbage. I don't know what they were thinking. It's also the only Ultimate title not based on a Marvel 616 title/character making it the ultimate in wasted time and effort.

I read it and it was kinda meh. It had some good points but overall just another tired attempt at copying Batman.

I thought it was a parody? I don't know. That came out when they had like a vote which title stays, Captain Marvel, that s**t, and Marville or whatever it was called. Captain Marvel was the s**t though. Genis Vel > all other Vel's.

He's a solid character and they've given him tons of love over the years with great stories. The other guys respect him, allies and enemies alike. Hulk even said that he's one of the few people who really understand him. All in all one of the best done characters out there.

I'd rather read 7 titles of Ben being a funny, tortured, noble, everyman badass than some more false memory, retconned to hell, Gary Stu in Wolf's clothing Logan tale any day of the week.

I'd rather they stop playing the tortured string, Ben is just like the Hulk in the tortured department:

Not gonna lie... You have a fair point. But it's more real to me, Ben's inherent psychological pain from what happened to him, than all of Logan's bogus BS.

LOGAN: You don't know the pain of being a mutant bub, especially this one.
