It looks great to me , but i'm a genxer who grew up with the original IT in the 90s so I'm biased. I really hope its as good as the classic TV miniseries.

I thought the previous trailer was creepier and pretty much a perfect trailer. This one I still liked a lot but because it wasn't as good if a trailer I didn't get that same pure excited feeling.

Well hell, that looks like IT to me. Loved the vibe of the trailer. The 'you'll float too' repetition is nasty, in the best way. Loved the "Here, take...it" delay. Seeing a lot of the beats from the book in this trailer, which is great. The brief look at IT's lair was a pleasant surprise.

Certainly think this is doing a far better job of selling me a good Stephen King adaptation than whatever the **** Sony are doing with their awful looking DT movie.

Pretty good trailer. Not a fan of the type of scare you see at the end. An almost CG looking Pennywise leaping toward the camera. Feels cheap.

Great trailer, can't wait for this. Pennywise looks creepy as hell. As someone who is not a fan at all of the original, this is looking wonderful.

Keep in mind the jump scares are mostly done for the effect of the trailer. People who have seen this have said the film doesn't rely on jump scares.

That said, this looks amazing and is shot soooo well. Pennywise just towers over these kids and that's scary as hell!

Also noticed the Paul Bunyan statue right behind Mike as well - are they actually doing that part from the book?

Yup, I noticed that too!

Finn Wolfhard said that the Paul Bunyan statue is only in the film as a nod to the book! Bummer!

The trailer looks good! I know they have to sell this as "jump scares" they do with every horror movie, but I'm confident the film won't rely on them.

Jump scares are how you get the teen crowd. If it's a slow burn scare they don't give two ****s.

I enjoyed the JL trailer for what it was - a visual candy and mostly brainless action on huge green screens.

I did not enjoy the IT trailer trying to sell a captivating horror story, but miserably failing so.

I really don't see how a comparison between IT and JL can be made - a person can enjoy something and not enjoy something else.

I do agree i hope its not too jump scare heavy, but man so Many terryfing scenes in this trailer, i wasn't completely convinced Bill's pennywise would And could scare me, but he sure did here, his Tall height certáinly helps.

I do like The attention to detail, neibolt street house looks exactly as i thought it would, The Barrens behind Fence while They are torturing ben is spot on, all The characters look book accurate.

And i love Georgie first seeing pair of yellow eyes, And then pennywise has blue ones, so far so good.

Tilda Swinson was considered for Pennywise! That would have been interesting to see in a good way! Still, excited to see Bill's take!
