BvS hasn't even been out for a full week. I really doubt any of these rumors to "lighten" up SS will turn out to be true.

You know Marvel does reshoots on every movie, it's not an uncommon practice

These alleged SS reshoots have been going on for weeks now so its not as if they waited for the BvS reviews last week then suddenly ordered reshoots for SS .

I think it's half true. Reshoots have happened/are happening, but not for the reason Faraci reported.

If this gets 'funnier' I'm out. I already hated the look of the characters. I wanted at least one comic property (Marvel/DC) to take their stuff extra serious. BvS worked for me, sad it didn't for others. But because of the GA, people like me have to suffer. Wish I could be like everyone else. Comedy had me almost walk out/fall asleep during the last couple Marvel films. How can I feel like the world is in danger when everyone is laughing? I've been reading great, serious graphic novels for ages, but we gotta dumb these films down so it can make that billion. I'm salty..

Plenty of humor in the Suicide Squad comics.

I said this plenty of times before, but Ayer has talked about the comedy before the trailer that was released in January.

If the studio really is forcing Ayer to add arbitrary humor because of the critics my enthusiasm for this just died. And this doesnt bode well for the rest of the DCCU. BvS was a mess, because of Snyder's direction. Not because it lacked unnecessary humor. ****ing up SS isnt going to fix the issue. Leave SS alone and fire Snyder. Problem solved.
