Man could ya'll imagine being in that studio right now where they're doing make-up and watching that process and maybe even see a bit of acting to go along with it? Man that's gotta be a job to brag about no matter what your task is..

Oh, thanks, but I'm no more knowledgeable than a lot of others who follow these things as closely as possible in how they come together. But, anyway, I usually wouldn't expect a picture of a main character a month and a half prior to production starting. Maybe they'll give us an oblique tease, but I'm not expecting more than that. And we might not even get that.

I mean I know referencing past releases is a bad idea but granted it was from the same universe and from a director who's working on the SS film, Zack did in fact release photos four different characters in BvS before, during, and after filming and Aquaman waaaaay before JL. It's very possible to see Leto's Joker sooner than later. Like GL said, they probably did make-up tests via concept art and stand ins and now that Leto is physically and cosmetically available, they can fine-tweak those concepts. I'm expecting something before filming. It won't be long.

Right on. This is pretty much what I was thinking. Id like to see some sort of blurry tease or something today but filming starting next month we'll see something soon.

Yeah, I think we may well get some publicity pics of some of the characters as production starts or shortly thereafter for that reason. I just wouldn't count on getting them yet.

Any news on the new Rick Flagg yet? I would've loved Hardy but he did play a DC villain already (plus, he's got like 100 projects for the three years). I want someone with his cocky/badass demeanor. I've heard Kinnaman rumors -- no thanks. I never got the Kinnaman hype. From Robocop to The Killing, he always struck me as an average actor.

iirc Joker was supposed to be incarcerated and advising the squad the same way Hannibal did Clarice.
So his shots would be interior if that's the case.
