Hmmm....Bleeding Cool stating the script says no costumes in the movie only codenames. Anyone hear this or debunk it. Sorry if this is old news. Man I hope this is not true. Would be such a waste.

Outside of Joker and Harley, none of them really need "costumes" IMO. But, they do have PacRim and The Hobbit's costume designer so whatever they come up with should look pretty cool methinks.

None of the Squad should have costumes anyway. Different types of armor, suits and accessories but not full-on costumes. We'll see plenty of costumes in BvS and JL.

Harley needs a costume. Unless they plan to ditch the white facepaint as well, I can't see how they'd justify that alone and not go the full jester route.

Outside of Harley none of them have too out there costumes.

Deadshot's outfits in the Arkham games are very grounded.

Captain Boomerang and Enchantress wear street clothes in the comics from the recent years.

I am either way on this. I won't mind little or even no costumes. I could see it being that Waller won't let them have their "toys" until forced to for some reasoning of the plot. But... Ayers also doesn't seem the type to have those kinds of flourishes in his films either... On the other hand, WB wants to cash in with games, toys, figures and other ancillaries so they may push for costumes... I am good no matter what. For the Squad the costuming isn't all that important to me.

Will they have typical comic book costumes? who knows I guess but there is 0% chance Joker doesn't look like the Joker. Would also say there is a 0% chance Harley Quinn doesn't look like Harley Quinn at some point and Deadshot doesn't get his eye and wrist gun thing.

If Joker is incarcerated for a lot of the film's we may not see him in his purple glory. They may want to keep that for a Bat solo.

That's what I was thinking old man. The only one who would need a costume is Harley Quinn.

They could have them wearing costumes in flashbacks or photos of their arrests and incarceration, with Waller ditching the costumes once they are recruited for the Squad. I believe they did that with the Squad in JLU.

Harley will probably don her outfit at some point though. I can't see them passing that up.

Rather see Joe M as Slade/Deathstroke than Clarke. I think Joe M would be more physically intimidating. That is essential for Deathstroke IMO. Urban would be good also as Slade.

personally, i wouldn't mind not seeing Joker in all his purple suit glory. in fact, i think it would be pretty awesome seeing him in an orange prison jumpsuit

Perhaps someone should ask him when is the rest of the cast going to be revealed? He seems like he'll answer you more than Zack Snyder.
