It's obvious at this point that there's something off with the whole DCEU strategy WB has set-out.

I think we actually have to assume from now on the movies will be poorly received and be pleasantly surprised if they're not.

Having low expectations can be a good thing. Whatever happens, you're less likely to be disappointed. :yay:

Just got back from a screening and man that was underwhelming. Will Smith, Margot Robbie, and Viola Davis were good, but it seemed the script was working against them.

What was missing from this film was the team-building interactions. We barely got moments like the bar scene that were advertised, and not enough time was spent having the characters bond. Instead, we have time given to the Joker, who was frankly a useless character in the story, and action scenes that aren't terribly interesting.

I can only imagine the huge sigh of relief from Nolan that he could do his Batfilms his way and then get out.

Can I join the writing team? I would like to take a stab at seeing what direction our favorite DC characters can go...

:)

In all seriousness, a fan film couldn't do any worse than what's been presented so far.

I like to write a ninja assassin feature with Arrow and Nyssa...and Batman...and Catwoman...with...more ninjas!!! :p

Ugh. We must stay optimistic folks. At least it aint Fantastic Four level bad.

Hey Rudolf, you're on the internet. No one cares.

Lol What are you talking about? The internet doesn't care about what? I was pointing out an inconsistency in her personal philosophy, so I'm not sure what that has to do with the internet caring...

When did I ever suggest that the internet does or should care about anything? In fact, my ENTIRE argument is about how people are too sensitive as it is.

But I guess this is just your cognitive bias showing as a result of me railing against SJW's.

Lol

Darn. Losing interest in this movie here folks

Well, it looks like it will up to mah boy Ben aka The Batman to save DC once again.

If DC's 2017 and 2018 slates gets panned like this years slate then that Affleck flick won't probably ever see the light of day, which is a shame really.

Oh and black canary. ..damn how could I forget her lols.

Imagine a showdown between Arrow and Batman. ..

"You may be called out as a hero, but many feel you have failed this city..."

Anyway then for the final fight, they join forces to defeat the baddie ... and when all is doomed who shall save em?

Wonder Woman

Nah, WB will proceed with Batman. What else could they do at that point?

Starting to see this as a consensus.

Ben Affleck's Batman movie is the most likely to happen out of all the movies post-justice league
