Where was that line originally?

Suddenly she wrapped her arms around him, turning CPR into a prolonged kiss. He fought and pulled away.
She coughed and looked up.
"Why the favor, Bats?" she asked.
Batman glowered at her. "Joker took something important away from me," he growled. "It's my turn."

What does that line mean, Greens? In the book?

Joker and Harley are in the car after the club scene, he's agitated.

Harley folded her arms over her chest and gave the Joker her award-winning best pout.
"Well, I'm young. Vibrant. Alive. And I'm sure as hell not staying home at night."
Joker growled again. "You make my teeth hurt. I can't do this anymore. I'm putting this thing into a wall."
He slammed the gas down again and the car rocketed forward. This is what life's all about, he thought.
He glanced up and saw a black shape in the rearview mirror. It was closing in on him.
The damned Batmobile.
"Forget flatlining," he said. "Buckle up." Harley laughed, removed her seatbelt and let the two halves retract into their holders.
"Hope you got insurance."

Assault on Arkham was a dumb mission too when you think about it. Its more small and intimate but you don't need the suicide squad to break into prison and kill the Riddler. That's not even a suicide mission that's like Ocean's 11 extreme
. . .

That was the PERFECT mission to use the SS. For starters, they didn't even know that's why they were there. They were tld they were just doing a heist of a USB device that Riddler had.

Stealing a piece of damning evidence from Arkham sounds like the kind of thing you'd want deniability from.

So, as far as a cover to tell the Squad, makes sense to me.

Then, the real mission, of killing Riddler, again, not something Waller wants connected to her, but she has to do it to clean up her mess.

That said, I could have gone for something a bit more serious of a threat. I actually mis-remembered from the first time I saw it, and thought Waller was also going after the same thing Batman was.

Long story short, SS is the PERFECT DCEU film to do as a smaller budget, character driven, film. Too bad we got what we got, instead.

He shaved his head. Takes about ten minutes.

He did it in those 3 days that vanished between Enchantress getting loose, and the Squad going to Midway City.

How is a haircut a continuity error? If he had a buzzcut in a early scene and then all of a sudden his hair got longer, I think that would count as a continuity error.

Yeah, but I am pretty sure he has the longer hair again when he is watching over Deadshot meeting his daughter at the end. And THAT makes it a continuity error.

Yeah, he cut his hair because he was going out into the field. That's what soldiers do normally.

Goddammit WB :/

While on the subject of continuity errors, unless we're to believe that Bruce Wayne is playing dumb in the JL teaser, he seemed genuinely surprised to learn that Barry Allen is a speedster. [BLACKOUT] Having received a dossier on Flash and other metahumans (as seen in the mid-credits scene of SS)[/BLACKOUT], wouldn't Wayne already be privy to that kind of information?

The positive news for Suicide Squad's numbers is that it's matching domestic numbers with the international ones (135/132 for the weekend.)

Saw it on the weekend, and very much enjoyed it. I agree that the editing needed a little tune up and probably a better adversary. Still, there's plenty to enjoy in the film. Very nice performances, particularly Robbie as Harley and most definitely Leto as Joker! Courtney as Boomerang had quite the charm as well. The friction between Smith and Kinnaman was well handled. The action is pretty solid. Look forward to an extended cut.

He did throw the batarang at Barry, suggesting he knows and is testing his speed/reflexes. Can't blame him; have to remember [BLACKOUT]the dossier is put together by Waller[/BLACKOUT] who thought it was a good idea to rope in Captain Boomerang to fight a Superman-level threat.

What?! Come on, the scene with him and June was basically a flash back, and as Greens pointed out, it takes 10 mins to shave your own head. Do we need a scene to explain this?

In the theater for my 1st viewing. Be back later boys and girls

Some people really need to try to make everything into a problem.

The thing is, why would he say, "so, you're fast" if he already knows -- unless of course, he was feigning ignorance (playing dumb) to throw Barry off?

Seriously? He knew Barry was a speedster, he threw a razor sharp metal batarang directly at his freakin face, and had seen the security cam footage, this isn't even a debate. "So you're fast" was definitely a rhetorical statement.
