That WW is a mess.

I don't believe it. The article reeks of fanboy hatred. You may chose to believe it but I don't.

We may not share the same opinion so let's just move on. :yay:

Yeah and the platform that person chose to express her opinion on really says it all to me.

Do you all want many more additions to the next SS? (If there is one of course but for now let's just say there will be.)
I think I'd only want one new character so we don't have to spend too much time on introductions this time around. I'd like Deathstroke for sure and honestly, take Katana. She was the weakest link for me.

deathstroke seems better fit as an antagonist especially against batman

Keep Katana. I don't want to swap out an Asian female for another White guy and go back to the Hollywood norm of Black and White. One thing the Squad is being praised for is it's incredibly talented and DIVERSE cast. I don't want that to change but instead flesh Katana out more because she makes a great foil to Harley Quinn.

Rick Flagg, Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Captain Boomerang, and Katana return. Add in Bane and finally cast a Latino as him, but only if El Diablo is not an option. Maybe an expendable villain or two. That's what I would do.

Not sure if I'd bring Croc back...

katana could of been way more interesting if they developed her she has a soul taking sword and speaks to the soul of her dead husband

I actually liked Katana. Silent. Deadly. Would like to see this look for her in the next movie.

I'd also like to see Enchantress back. Obviously as a member this time, not a villain. She's part of the original SS in the comics after all.

pretty funny, I don't even know what's going on right now but I see a certain people posting or not posting and I know something 'good' or 'bad' is happening. A shame really.
:hehe:

When you start calling Edge of Tomorrow (BO $370m to $178 budget) and the Hobbit Trilogy (Total BO $2.9b to $675m budget) failures, I can't take you seriously anymore. And didn't the she say she started writing this letter during MoS? So I'm assuming she left WB a while back. How the heck she know so much about WW production anyway if she left probably before it even began production? Made up article is made up.

I guess this is your favorite in the DCEU now huh. :cwink:

God help me, it is. By a country mile, actually. At least the damn thing is fun. I laughed a few times, smiled a few more. I liked then characters I was watching on screen. All of that is better than Snyder's morose, dulled, angsty teenager ******** that he's presented to us twice in a row.

In this DCEU Diablo is a better character than Superman.

Let that **** sink in...

Reading anything into articles like this is as dumb as believing anything you read from the studio and film makers after the movie comes out. Both have agendas, both have bias, both are ********.

You can only judge what's happening at WB by confirmed information from independent sources. So, the big shake up with Johns, the foundation of DC Films, Snyder being shuffled out... these are things we can rely on. I'm not trusting an angry ex employee's ranting, no matter how critical of WB I am.

tbh, i would call Edge of Tomorrow a financial failure.

Yup, it's from unconfirmed source in an entertainment/gossip site anyway. :D
Even though she's indeed a real ex-employee somehow, she's still unreliable 'source' for insider info for what happened right now at WB.

But after SS reception and WB stories, negative news are hits. People just really nervous about future DCEU.

I would love to see Deathstroke as the villain, give the Joker and Brother's screen time to him, replace June and El Diablo with another new member, keep everyone else, and give the movie another 10 minutes and shorter credit to flesh out everybody not called Will and Harley (can't they speed up the end credit for more actual movie time?)

edit: oh and replace the great Skipnot with Jimmy Olsen's brother

Didn't think of that aspect, I just thought her character wasn't needed in this film. But yeah, keep her, flesh her out.

Oh ****, forgot Bane! That'd be cool. Yeah, Croc was the one I was looking forward to the most and he was really annoying for me. Like, how did he voice get so ****ed?! I thought he had a SKIN CONDITION. And I get what they were going for with his movements but it was sooooo obvious and cliche for me that it would've been better if they had him have a normal voice and movement.

I thought about Croc speaking with a normal voice, it's giving me nightmares at the moment, yah that's more scary actually :waa:

Croc was the only really poor design out of the lot. What's with the giant jawbone business? The whole prosthetic looked rubbery and fake as ****. They should have gone more with a Mystique level prosthetic.

If SS managed to get a release date in China, will Katana's screen time suffer?
Did Wolverine 2013 was released in China with its Japanese contents intact?

Lmao. In that "open letter" she called WB comic con panel a failure. Just another person trying to attention seek with all this SS stuff, nothing to see at all.

someone in b.o forum said just CGI her mask and dub her Chinese :woot::woot:

I thought his design was near perfect. I agree about the big jaw though, that was weird.

Sooo I look around web a bit, and OMG so many people really take that letter as a fact, no question needed. :wow:
I hope 'WW is a mess' questionable narrative doesn't spread around as a something definite.

And a 'news site' actually run that rumor as an article. I swear that just an hour ago it claimed the rumor as a 'WW first review said it is a mess' or something like that as the title. Now they changed it after Mark Hughes tweeted that he doubt it.
The wonder of 'internet journalism'.

...and cg the katana into a wu shu sword.
CGI censors. :lmao: I actually can picture it.

It must be weird if SS couldn't get a China release date but its sequel (if there will be any) will. :funny:

It's awful, just awful. That site routinely uses hearsay or stupid tumblr posts as sources. Then other websites pick it up and people, dumb as they usually are, see enough of something and they believe it's true.

Ugh.
I only click once because I want to know the name of a person (Mark Hughes) who they referred in the title that made the site changed their previous ridiculous one.
I definitely won't give any click to articles that mentions about this rumor again.
I hope they doesn't get as many clicks as they wanted.

Anyone know the budget for SS?
Crazy thing is...honestly, no matter what...people will still flock to see these movies.
