Uh oh, according to someone who has it and has been posting pics on twitter (click the x):

Apparently according to a girl on Twitter (x) who’s posting some screencaps from the Extended Edition she somehow got early, the following scenes are EXACTLY the same:
- Griggs interrogation
- Car chase
- Club scene (I’m fuming rn)
- Nanotech factory
But apparently the electroshock scene is stunning in regards to Jared’s acting…..

Still getting the reshoot scenes for the club and no griggs torture scene, or guard-killing at the factory, or anything god damnit... She hasn't gotten to the heli scene but I imagine that'll be the same too. *sigh*


hopefully the BTS featurette stuff is good.

Ayer should not have been the one to show this Batman's first scene with Joker and Deadshot. Completely missed opportunity.

Maybe you guys were expecting too much from so little. 11 minutes for SS is WAY different compared to the 30 minutes for BvS. In the latter's case, it resulted in almost a different movie, especially for those who hated the TC but loved the UC. SS, from its TC and EC, is the same movie; and even if one version has deleted scenes put back in, it is the same overall. The fact that it was titled "Extended Cut" might've been a clue no one looked at.

Yep so it's not a different cut, but the same one with scenes added it. disappointed.But I get it, why fix something that's not broken(from their perspective, it was pretty successful).

Yep.Thats why I had no expectations for this cut.When I saw BvS TC I knew it had a great movie in there somewhere and I got that in the UC.SS not so much.But I am looking forward for the extra joker.

because A) press release said 13 minutes extended, but its only 11 minutes longer, which led us to believe footage was replaced, and B) original Waller dinner scene in EC promo

Yeah they've been posting pics of the new scenes. One of those tumblr Joker/Harley shippers so she goes deep whenever it's a Joker and Harley scene.

Had to expect this with them only adding 11 mins. Its not like with BvS where they rearranged scenes and we got 30 good mins of new stuff.

Wake me up when Ayer releases his cut of the movie. Sure its nothing really new, but I'd like to know if its better. The tone change, etc.

Unlike BvS, where if you hated it, you might like/love the UC instead...

If you liked SS, or if you hated SS, same goes for the EC.
