I just read an article about Pink on Twitter......she would have been a cool choice for Livewire.

Looks like there is a lot going on in the ep, several showdowns for Kara and I'm especially looking forward to her firing back at Cat. Also cool choice of song with Demi's 'Confident'.

Well from 80's hits like Hit Me With Your Best Shot and Bad Mama Jamma to a Top 40 hit like Demi Lovato's "Confident." Berlanti would make a better Program Director for a music radio station than the ones who run them today!

As for Kara snapping at Cat...THAT'S A TRIP TO UNEMPLOYMENT FASTER THAN A SPEEDING BULLET!

As far as the others, apparently they are from a few different episodes, so not sure which ones are with Livewire, except the most obvious ones..... "shut up, you mean girl"....LMAO.

The line "You don't even need powers to be a hero" line from James to Kara is possibly from an episode rumored to be titled "Human For A Day"...don't know if this is true or not, but interesting rumor. And is that a brace on Kara?

Variety I think is saying that the episodes are just switched, not sure if they have simply been switched around, or the 4th episode has been postponed indefinitely. Not sure which it is...

Ah, I just realized why they did this. Yes, could be one of those lost episodes, maybe appearing only on the home release and digital. Completely understandable, but I would be a bit disappointed if we never saw it. I thought the preview held quite a bit of promise.

Given that Variety incorrectly identified How Does She Do It? as Episode 5, I wouldn't read too much into their use of the term 'switched'.

I have toad it, I cringed at that line, they really should have just used Oh shut up!

As a high school teacher, she hit it right on, this isn't "mean girl" in the sense of she's just mean, it is "mean girl" in the sense of she was/is probably very much a Cat type but a Cat type to the extreme...which is a "mean girl" in our teens lingo...pretty funny line.

BTW, "Mean Girls" the movie, just had its 10th Anniversary, so I guess it was on the minds of the writers...lol

There are probably dozens of way that they could have had Kara respond to Livewire that would signify all of that without resorting to High School Level Sentences.

How can anyone take Supergirl seriously when she's written to say things like that? She comes off like a joke with lines like that.

I do get the reference myself. I did see one troll on Twitter chastise that line calling for Supergirl...TO SWEAR at Livewire and say something like "OH SHUT UP YOU (BLEEP)!" One bit of foul language and there goes everything family friendly about that show. I would like to say to that troll...YOU WANT FOUL LANGUAGE, WATCH SOME OF THE STUFF ON PREMIUM CABLE!
