What a badass movie. :awesome:
It was Gunner, Dolph's character in that fight.

So, did Gary Daniels get a chance to shine for a few minutes and show us some flashy kicks or did he just get punked?

Gets in a Mexican Standoff with Dolph Lundgren and Steve Austin.

Holds off Jet Li and Jason Statham.

Has the best death scene in years.

Total Body Count: 1,593. And that's without Schwarzenegger's count added to the total. :woot:

Arnold Schwarzenegger has 513.
Gary Daniels has 125+ as well.

I agree with Sly and Jason chemistry but the rest of the cast just look lost especially Jet Li!!! They should have made him some martial art specialist instead of just some soldier...

I think Li has always been a bad actor....romeo must die, die hard...and all of those in english his acting is baaad, but man he can kick!!

I thought he was good in Fearless, Unleashed, Warlords and hes had decent roles .

I had forgotten Li was in one of the Lethal Weapons...

He was sucha badass in that movie and that's how he was introduced ot most american audiences . I want to see him play a villian again .

That Body Count poster is off. I am pretty sure Rourke has way more on-screen kills than 31 (Pulp Fiction?). Jet Li definatley has more aswell. I can't remember if Crews kills anyone in The 6th Day.

I think you need to see "Ocean Heaven". I don't know will it show in America, but he did a fantastic job in it, and this is his first non-action movie.

If they do a sequel they need to get:

Donnie Yen!

Chuck Norris!

Van Damme!

Jackie Chan!

Steven Segal!

edit i forgot the Rock aka Dwayne Johnson omg how sick would that be with austin along with the main chars, i never thought I'd see van damme amongst a list stars but apparently hes in kung fu panda 2 with Jackie Chan so its still out there.
I don't think Donnie Yen will do an American film anymore. He is now more focus in making Hong Kong and Chinese movie.

It was a cool poster but wasn't entirely accurate . Austin pubched a guy dead in another film , cant remember the name.
If anything I want to checkout some of Lundgren dtv movies , he's been racking them up , he deserves something better.

The movie was so-so imo and I know it was just an 80's action flick, but it just lacked.
It had some decent parts and some of the fight scenes were okay. I definately liked Dolph's character and I thought he did the best job in the movie. I also liked Jet Li as well and he also did a good job with what he had. Steve Austin was his usual stiff self and though he had a good fight scenes with Sly/Randy he just was so stiff looking.
Its a shame the Van Dam bailed on this project they could of setup a jet li or jason stathem face-off.

We gotta have Scharzenegger return for the sequel and he and Stallone can finally start kicking butt together.

Noooo.....Arnie should be the villain...with a name like Trent Mauser, he so has to be a bad guy

It doesn't matter who is on which side, I just hope they all rack up a huge body count.

What is with the camera being so close up to the action scenes in todays movies? Is it time restraints for a deadline? Such a waist of action that you don't get to see. That's my only complaint.. Sly did damage his neck, I wonder if he will take it easy in the next film..

I heard "Trent the mouse". But I pretty much assume it's Trent Mauser because you guys say so.

Agreed it was hard to make out the fight scenes as they were shot too close. Its like Bourne series with the shakey camera stuff which was very annoying.

Ashton Kutcher and John Depp should join in on the action... I also feel Paul Walker and Hayden Christiansen will be great candidates.

I feel Hayden Christiansen would make a good house maid for them.

How about we throw in Sasha Baron Cohen and Zach Galifanakis while we're at it?

:o

Was watching some solid action JCVD movies that were on cable the last couple days, Double Impact, Hard Target, and TimeCop and he was on a roll there for a awhile, especially when him and Dolph did Universal Soldier.

It would be classic to Sly get him in the Expendables sequel, as a matter of fact, it is a MUST!

Maybe Sly should bring in that big Chinese dude also from Bloodsport and Double Impact, Bolo Yung as the a baddie!
