And LOL Citadel30, I started to :hrt: my bf when I told him about my plan for the site (I hadn't yet done it or even really worked on it) and he didn't think I was nuts. In fact, he said it sounded awesome and that I'd be able to do it. :yay:

I hadn't even made a real website at that point. :oldrazz: So you can thank him indirectly for having faith in me, haha.

From the side, that certainly looks like Aboutbol..

Am I just imagining things? I mean i just googled pics of him and I swear the resemblence is pretty uncanny if thats not him.

Yeah Im pretty convinced thats him..The nose gives it away...hmmmmm

Do we dare get our hopes up...? :awesome:

Only problem is we've had so many fake virals in the past it's difficult to know who is making what. So I'm hold back my enthusiasm so I don't feel like Charlie Brown and Lucy with the football.

would certainly be a lot of coincidences for it not to be TDKR related..Ive been wrong before but this looks pretty legit.

This is similar to how WB handled their (very poorly done) Inception viral. They sort of kicked it off by sending out the Dream Sharing/PASIV manual to Wired (http://www.wired.com/underwire/2010/06/dream-share-manual/all/1).

I don't remember if any other sites received it, but it certainly made the rounds. And much like our current situation, that Wired article was written to appear as if it were treating the subject matter seriously, i.e. remaining ignorant to the fact that it's movie marketing. Aside from the obvious Batman clue written in the article ("We're a superstitious and cowardly lot..."), Wired is taking the same approach this time around.

I would bank on this being the emergence of a new phase in TDKR marketing. While I'm not sure if the virals are going to be back and better than ever, I'm fully prepared to say that this is 100% for TDKR, and it will continue, in some capacity.

So yeah...good news. :woot:

The number in the top of the transcript looks like a phone number to me...
