replace a few members and X-men SOOOO could have been a relaunched X-force. The team's setup and direction had an X-force feel and could have easily had its name on the cover. Make Cable leader, and swap out Sabretooth, Mystique and Karima for Moonstar, Warpath and Sunspot and that would have been one kick ass lineup written by Carey

M rocks. She was the best of the Gen X bunch and I love her and her 20 different powers

I'd say that Dom could kick her into shape, but Emma couldn't do it, so Dom trying would probably result in Shatterstar just up and cutting M up.

If Madrox could drift into a more militaristic mood, he'd make an awesome addition to the X-Force team, I think. Mostly just because Madrox rocks, and so does his power.

yeah. I believe she took over Rahne's squad in the last regular story before HoM, and then the writers got changed and Magma said bye bye as she headed for limbo

I think she's been written bad since she was written out of the New Mutants back in the 80s, with the exception of her run in X-treme X-men. Was looking forward to seeing her become a credible character again in New X-men bc she's been a joke for over a decade

Yep, but so has Sunspot. He was written - okay - in X-Force but the whole twin brother/reign of fire thing just was no good.

The last time I really cared for Sunspot was back in X-force but that unforutnetly ended when he was written out before Revolution. I really havent liked what Claremont has done with him since and too bad no other writer cares enough about him to pick him up. Id love to see him reunited with Cannonball again
