Let's see me come up with what? You had eliminated it to those two, I pointed out that it won't be Madrox (or shouldn't be unless, again, it's his clone), which leaves Beast. I didn't bash any eliminations you'd done. Settle down, dear.

Beast has done things in Endangered Species, yes. Endangered Species is not Messiah Complex. It might have helped set up Messiah Complex, but it is not Messiah Complex. And if I'm remembering right, the writers themselves have said Endangered Species need not be read for readers to understand the full ordeal of Messiah Complex. Nor was Endangered Species a crossover - it was a back-up story published for no extra cost in the backs of the X-Men titles.

Thus, my statement: Beast has been so low-profile in the crossover that his death will be utterly ho-hum. Seriously. What has he done? He patched up Hellion. And had some conversations. Oh, earth shattering indeed.

Beast is the only one who remains a viable candidate based on the information released by Marvel themselves. It also just so happenes that Endangered Species, which was a lead-in to MC, had him in morally compromising situations. The most impactful of those is perhaps the scene where he offers to sell his soul(metaphorically) to a group of people that included the good doctor Essex.

I don't know the details, but the new writer for Cable's ongoing said that Bishop would be the one pursuing Cable from time period to time-period.

I guess I will have to get used to this new direction for Bishop...and i will forever believe him to be a good guy...now all he has to do is recruit Shard, Archer, Fixx and Greystone to help him the X.S.E or X.U.E. and the title should be called 'Cable vs. Bishop', not just 'Cable'

Canopener...i dont mean to but in here..but i dont think the Bastard was trying to put you or your speculation down..he was just giving his own opinion that Beast dying in MC would be pretty damn dumb and pointless seeing as he isnt even a supporting character in terms of the overall story. Forge has had a bigger role to play than him...FORGE.

HOWEVER....seeing as they are writing Bishop as a focal character for this crossover and are completely ignoring the other characters that came from his timeline...consistency and continuity isn't something that can be relied on here. its a damn fine story they're writing tho. So Beast jumping up and in the way of a plasma blast from Bishop intended for Baby-Doom-bringer wouldn't be too out of place.
