Comics The '07 X-Event: Endangered Species, Messiah Complex, & Disassembled

I'm not really sure I want Hank to die in this particular story either...

But I've seen no signs of him POST-MC.... I'm also a little confused

Does anyone have a link to the story where Bishop is confirmed to appear in Cable?

What about colossal spoons suggestion. What about the duplicate killing himself to send the info back to the Madrox. Wouldn't that count?

It'd totally count. When Marvel makes any kind of claim, you have to REALLY read between the lines. Like making a deal with Mephisto :o

Cuz we don't like him lol. I'd kill him myself, stand over his body, and say "That's for Charles!"

Well just got done reading Messiah Complex Part 10.

Jeez finally Gambit! I've been waiting for to see him actually do something since the start. He was pretty bad ass. I hope there's more to him as Messiah complex wraps up. Like many others I'm hoping that he is a spy or back stabs Sinister or something along those lines. I mean interviews discussing Messiah Complex talked about Gambit having a big part and so far I haven't seen it even though he was a bad ass in this issue and the art was great.

Now if we could only see Rogue lol. Jeez, it feels like she's been missing for an eternity.

Also, I don't know exactly when it happened but the Madrox/Layla Miller is my favorite part of this entire crossover now. It's really interesting and I can't wait to see where that goes.

Well anyway Messiah Complex has done a great job of bringing me back into the X-Universe. The story has been intense and exciting. Hoping it finishes up on a high note.

My problems with Cyclops are two-fold-- I don't know why he is being such a jerk to Xavier, I mean, the good Xavier did far outweighs the bad, and Xavier hasn't been anywhere near as bad as he could be (not that I think Xavier really did anything wrong). Also--and this is coming from someone who loves Emma and the Emma/Cyclops pairing-- Cyclops goes out with Emma. Let that sink in for a little.

My other problem is that if you are reading AXM, you've already read a Cyclops who is taking charge is onto just leading. Using Prof. X or (young) New X-man to have Scott verbally abuse or optic blast just to make him look good by comparison is weak writing.

Not that I want him to die. I don't know enough other X-men I even remotely care about to have anyone take his place, though I don't have to have him in my books.

Marry me :D LOL

The X-Men got along fine without Summers in the past and they will again when next he dies, because eventually he will :p and we will all be happy and cheerful. Oh how i Long for that day. AXM 22 brought such joy even if it was short-lived :D

They could get on fine without Storm, too. :cwink:

Cyclops has not verbally abused Professor Xavier at any point that I can remember in Messiah Complex. More accurately, most of you are whining because Cyclops actually talked in firm words and, for once, didn't roll over. And apparently that makes girly-men cry. You freakin' girly-men. :cmad:

Messiah Complex Cyclops is taking over and leading just as Astonishing Cyclops is, if only a little more hard-lined and without the snarky Whedonisms that every character must display. Leading better and more strategically, as Scott Summers would be wont to do, even - that is, the Messiah Complex character.

And don't mind Spoons, people. He's just having a moment of uber-dumb. And he's whimpering because he knows Cyclops will continue to shine and be a used character when Colossus is again collecting dust doing nothing.

Bastard is being himself. no harm is meant by his vinegary words. I dont think. he is right about Cyclops. HE is the damn leader now. No Xavier, no co-leadership with Storm. deal with it people. It's what he was MEANT to become.

Spoons, don't worry. Colossus won't be too worthless anytime soon. Enjoy the good times while they are here!

And yes, Outty. I am right. And since you've started pointing that out and going with it, taking the offer of my outstretched carrot if you will, we've had nothing but love, you and I.
