Has anyone gathered a good logical explanation of how Arthur and Mera got out of the Sahara Desert? Just curious. It seemed to have really bothered one of my friends. And I really don't have an explanation for that one.

Arthur peed and Mera used it to form a boat and surfed them back to the sea

with Pitbull music in the background of course

probably made the film too convoluted and is somewhere in the editing room

I agree, Aquaman needs another villain with a different set of powers to his unlike his half-bro.

Glad Wan knows that a quality script is the foundation of a good movie sequel and movie in general.

Black Manta would definitely bring a lot of great fight scenes again. But with Atlantis now united there is opportunity for political intrigue a la Game of Thrones, with different factions fighting for power. As well as a lot of different characters and creatures from these kingdoms. King Shark could definitely be one of them- they can expand or alter his story to fit in more with the Aquaman story in the movies.

It could be really interesting seeing a CGI/mocap King Shark in action, and having him interact more with the other characters.

I wonder if they'll do Vulko's storyline in this sequel, or is that tied more with the return of the king storyline? Not too familiar with Aquabro
