I'm very excited to see Ezra's performance and costume but this movie is not as necessary in my eyes as some of the other solo movies on the DC slate

I'm a big fan of the first season of the CW show, it really satisfied my need for live action Flash

I hate to admit it but the show lessened my anticipation for this movie

The main appeal of this new Flash imo is to see him interact alongside the Justice League

Don't get me wrong, I can't wait to see how Flash will be done with a movie budget, and I think a lot of things can be done better than the show. Grodd definitely deserves to be in the movies, he can be done more justice here with a bigger budget, and it would be great to see him working with the Legion of Doom and being a major DCEU antagonist just like he was on JLTAS. But Reverse Flash and Captain Cold were done very well on the show, I don't need to see those characters as much.

I'll never understand this attitude. "Yeah, I really love this character, but I think I'll pass on seeing more of him."

I'm not saying that you're wrong or crazy, but I really just do not understand your mindset.

Again, who do I have to sacrifice to Starro the Conqueror to see that damn concept art?

:o

It's a post-Green Lantern 2011 mindset.

:funny:

Back to Flash talk: Wilkinson has confirmed he's in BvS (the Flash, not Wilkinson :oldrazz:). I wonder where he'll show up and whether it'll be in costume.

Since Ezra said his costume would look post-apocalyptic I'm assuming that maybe his Flash will appear on that nightmare with parademons and stuff.

I've considered that possibility as well. Two problems though:

1) If it's merely Bruce's dream, why would he dream of the Flash?

2) Ezra's description, the concept art description etc. don't sound like they are describing a one-off. So if it's the same suit for JL, why would the fact that it's post-apocalyptic mean he necessarily appears in the nightmare, if he'll wear the same thing in the present day.

Currently, I don't think we'll see him in costume. I think we'll see Ezra as a civilian who uses his super-speed, that's all.

Yeah that makes sense too. Maybe he'll appear as a forensic scientist or a police investigator.

Good point. I hadn't considered that he may appear on-duty.

This seems most likely to me. Though I don't think Snyder would miss an opportunity to show him in costume if he gets one.

Thinking about the costume, Flash's is the only one I can't think of where it would come from... Batman uses his wealth to create an advanced body armor, Superman's is Kryptonian "chain-mail", Wonder Woman and Aquaman have their respective cultures' armors, Cyborg is, well, cyborg, and Green Lanterns get their uniforms from the corps. How does Barry Allen obtain what from description appears to be an advanced armor of a sort, though...? He doesn't have Bruce Wayne's wealth nor resources.

S.T.A.R. Labs tech maybe?

In the CW series, S.T.A.R. takes him in and helps him with his powers after his accident. I don't think they'll follow that here though, although if the JL have a connection to S.T.A.R., they can obtain one for him.

Ah, so outside of TV show he doesn't have anything to do with S.T.A.R. Labs? Then yeah, I don't see them going in that direction as well.

I kinda like the idea of him having a low-budget suit he built himself and after getting acquainted with Bruce, he'd ask him to get him an advanced armor, having the underarmor of the batsuit in mind.

A dream is a wish your heart makes.

Last time I checked, Wilkinson confirmed that The Flash would be appearing in BvS, not Barry Allen.

Not to be rude, but I totally don't buy that.
