is it wrong for sony to think about other movies they can get from the spider-man universe? why would it be? say if they decided to make kraven the hunter into a movie? should be that not happen because if it doesn't have spider-man in it then whats the point? franchise KILLER! just stick to bringing in characters into spider-man movies and thats it

Nobody besides intense Spider-man fans cares about the Sinister Six or Venom without Spider-man. I don't think they would do well at the box office at all. I really don't know what Sony is thinking.

sony would like to have several characters they can do solo films and cross them over, because audiences seem to like novelty cross overs, oh hey characters from that film are coming together with characters from this film!!

Folks, to those who get this better than myself, Box office wise, what's the WORST case scenario realistically? Things are not looking perfect, but this IS Spider-man.

Well if it only makes like 70 million in China and drops from the first in South America, then it would make like 450 million OS and if it opens to 90 million in NA and has bad legs, it could make like only 215 in NA. that would be 665 WW. but that's like the absolute worst-case scenario.

the only thing that worries me is that in the states you are getting this film 2 weeks late, so its probably been put up online ages ago, alot of its already been spoilt on twitter,tumblr so if that doesn't effect the box office i will be shocked... sadly i think it will
